Joan was very helpful in resolving my issues today with the inksonic printer. She was kind, curtious, and patient. I am new to DTF and am still learning but her patience made me feel heard and comfortable enough to work on the printer on my end with her instructions. Great customer service!

Fatima was really awesome

Fatima was really awesome. I had another issue with my printer. Fatima spent 5 hours with me to get it back going. Wasn't going to quit until it was done. Thank you so much Fatima. So far everyone in customer service has been very kind and helpful. Please don't hesitate to contact them for any issues you may be having with your DTF printer. They will help you until it's fixed.

Fatima…

Fatima has been working with me to get my DTF printer up and running. She has so much patience and the attitude she has shown me is 100%. I am grateful she was the one that got my initial contact when we started working on this. We haven't gotten it straighten out yet but with her expertise im sure it wont be long. Also, THANKS for putting someone on USA time to assist. TEAM FATIMA!!!!

Always Helpful!!

Even though it has been stressful on my end learning my new printer and program…. InkSonic has not let me down yet! This evening I got connected with Kurt! Fixed me all up and ready to run again. For those who complain about the InkSonic company, please make sure you download the WhatsApp and the TeamReview just like the instructions tell you to do! InkSonic even spent 4 hrs on the WhatsApp with me when we unboxed it to set it up.
