Joan was very helpful in resolving my issues today with the inksonic printer. She was kind, curtious, and patient. I am new to DTF and am still learning but her patience made me feel heard and comfortable enough to work on the printer on my end with her instructions. Great customer service!

Our last individual (Fatima) was able to solve the issue after 3 days of other service technicians not being able to do so.

Kyle was very responsive and went above and beyond to assist me in fixing the problem.

Fatima was really awesome. I had another issue with my printer. Fatima spent 5 hours with me to get it back going. Wasn't going to quit until it was done. Thank you so much Fatima. So far everyone in customer service has been very kind and helpful. Please don't hesitate to contact them for any issues you may be having with your DTF printer. They will help you until it's fixed.

Fatima has been working with me to get my DTF printer up and running. She has so much patience and the attitude she has shown me is 100%. I am grateful she was the one that got my initial contact when we started working on this. We haven't gotten it straighten out yet but with her expertise im sure it wont be long. Kurt spent hours on the phone with me trying to fix my computer. Unfortunately the motherboard went out. I appreciate all of his time and effort.

For those who complain about the InkSonic company, please make sure you download the WhatsApp and the TeamReview just like the instructions tell you to do! InkSonic even spent 4 hrs on the WhatsApp with me when we unboxed it to set it up.
