This device is not near as it's advertised. It's useless. I tried to set up indoor and outdoor. It didn't work either way. Do not waste your money
For £500 you basically get a non-working job lot of cheap plastic pieces, that nominally resemble cameras, in a housing meant to be placed on the net posts of a tennis court; they are supposed to record video of play, data on strokes performed, plus do line calls.
Unfortunately, the system does none of these things because it's a poorly designed, badly manufactured toy that has no useful function at all.
Caveat Emptor. The maker assumes no responsibility (after he's got your cash) whatsoever and does not do *any* customer support or service.
Avoid like the plague. Get SwingVision instead - it's approved by the LTA and proven to work in practice.
This scam company is getting away with selling faulty goods that are not fit for purpose and when confronted, merely deny the situation and ignore any complaints hoping to run down the *6 months* warranty (is that even legal?)!
Woe betide you if you get a faulty unit (or two, as in my case) - they will do nothing, except send you a snarky email suggesting you 'turn it off and on again' as if was a PC. And how you manage to do that, when even the on/off switch doesn't work, I don't know (and neither do they, or they just don't care since they've already got your money)...
Avoid like the plague, and just hope a proper manufacturer with better technology and track record do something similar in future. As it is, this is just throwing money away you could use on a decent ball machine (or anything really) for your club...
