sweetest customer service
Had a small problem with shipping but Hani from customer service was an actual angel and got it fixed sosososo quickly and my parcel then arrived a few days later!!
Does not comply with UK law - avoid
I ordered 2 tee shirts. ‘Taxes’ were added on to the sale price at the checkout. What taxes was not explained but this is supposed to be a UK company so that can’t be import duty. I assume it is VAT which must legally be included in the sale price.
One arrived as ordered, the other a completely different style. I asked to return both. The correct one to exchange it for a smaller size and the incorrect one to exchange for what I ordered.
I was advised by customer service to keep the incorrect one. It is a garish pink and very ugly - this is just wasteful. I see a lot of tees from this seller on Vinted sold new with tags, from which I deduce this is common practice. I was told I could not exchange the other as it was ‘printed to order’. I checked back on my order and on the website and there was no information indicating thus. Customer service directed me to a URL that details their terms and conditions. Thus YEL has no connection to their website and is not discoverable from the website. Also illegal.
Then there is the fit - awful. I think these are kids tees, they’re certainly not cut to fit a teen or adult woman. The hand feel is also unpleasant.
Needless to say, avoid thus business.

I had gotten no update on the shirts I had ordered but Tina helped me out. She informed me that one of my shirts was preorder and even offered to switch it to a shirt in stock. The other shirt, she was able to push to production. Tina was incredibly helpful, thank you!!
Excellent customer service
Unfortunately my parcel went missing in France. I was disappointed as this was a birthday present. I contacted in print we trust and spoke to Tina. She was excellent and super helpful. She arranged for replacement t-shirts to be shipped ASAP. The products are really good quality and I won't hesitate to order more! Great customer service thank you 😊

Customer Service fixed my issues
To be honest in the beginning when I had first made an order, it took many months for the shirts I purchased to arrive. However, when I got in contact with customer service Neil was very helpful and friendly, and demonstrating a great customer service to ensure I was happy with my ordering process. He also gave me many solutions to my issue, and was quick to reply, without leaving me frustrated or worried about my package.

Customer service was amazing, I had Jonah respond asap and he was very helpful. I do though have some concerns about shipment for brand deals as it took me 3 month to receive my package since signed. Overall I ended up getting my order placed and it’s now on the way!

Don’t become a brand ambassador for…
Don’t become a brand ambassador for this company as they don’t pay you commission for endorsing their products! They assure you that payment is on its way but it never arrives.
My daughter has had major issues with them recently. I wouldn’t mind but we are not talking large amounts of money. It’s just the fact that they encourage people mainly young people to use their creativity to advertise their products with a promise of reward. Then fail to honour their promise/ part of the deal, I think it’s disgraceful!!
Has anyone else had similar issues with this company on this subject?!
