Besides that my package got lost, i got one as a replacement. Hani, the kind lady that answered my e-mail is the sweetest and the best. Customer service is amazing!

Don’t become a brand ambassador for…

Don’t become a brand ambassador for this company as they don’t pay you commission for endorsing their products! They assure you that payment is on its way but it never arrives.
My daughter has had major issues with them recently. I wouldn’t mind but we are not talking large amounts of money. It’s just the fact that they encourage people mainly young people to use their creativity to advertise their products with a promise of reward. Then fail to honour their promise/ part of the deal, I think it’s disgraceful!!
Has anyone else had similar issues with this company on this subject?!

We absolutely take our ambassador and affiliate commitments very seriously, and payments should always be processed once everything is correctly submitted through the affiliate system. It’s never our intention for anyone, especially young creators who support our brand, to feel that their effort hasn’t been valued.

Sometimes delays can happen if the payout request hasn’t reached the correct team or if we’re missing a small piece of information needed to process it, but that’s something we’d really like to investigate and resolve as quickly as possible.

5 stars for customer service!. There was a delay in shipping …. but Tina responded quickly with the best customer service I have received from a company! I have the items now and my niece is very happy with her birthday gift!.

I had ordered some Tees from this store…

I had ordered some Tees from this store and I had one tee that was sent mistakenly and the one I ordered didn’t come in. luckily Hani responded and helped me out fast when I emailed about the mistake and she has sent a replacement for the wrong order.

Jonah David gave me the best customer service i've ever received online, he cleared things up perfectly and was very apoplectic and friendly, like i was really talking to someone and being listened to, unlike most places. Thanks so much to him!

Great customer service from Jonah

I had a small issue with an order and so emailed in expecting either a very slow response or none at all as you typically find with large businesses. However, Within 24 hours I received a very kind and helpful response from Jonah who sorted everything promptly and gave me options on how I would like to proceed and everything. They were clearly not only good at their job but also amazing at talking to people. Truly a great addition to the team

They resolved the issue with my order.

There was a problem with my order and I only received one of the two T-shirts I ordered. However, I contacted them and they were very kind and quick to help me. They sent me the missing T-shirt and everything was perfect! The quality of the T-shirts is very good and I love how they look! 😊

A couple days ago I had received my…

A couple days ago I had received my order for two baby tees. One of them had an interesting feel on the front compared to the back and inside of it but my other one was completely fine. I had emailed In Print We Trust about it and added a photo and video explaining what is concerning me. Jonah looked into it and kindly offered me store credit and helped me sort out the situation as fast as possible! I’m very happy with how this situation went out and how much help Jonah was to me.

Delays, unexpectedly out of stock, no communication

I placed an order of two items on 06/02 which were both in stock. On 13/02 I contacted customer services to enquire about when my order would arrive as I hadn’t had any update. I was advised that they were out of stock and new stock was expected on 20/02 and would be delivered a few days afterwards. Today (28/02) I followed up yet again to be advised that the products I ordered would now not be restocked until the end of March!
I am disappointed that I had to request updates twice, that items were sold as in stock when in fact they weren’t. I will not be placing an order with inprintwetrust again.

Cute designs. Good quality product and customer service.

Found this shop through an Instagram ad and placed an order in December 2025. There was a delay in shipping, but Tina from customer service responded quickly and even offered a discount. One item arrived incorrect, but she explained the issue and quickly arranged shipment of the correct item. Really appreciate their responsiveness in resolving the issue.

Other than that, the shop provides cute designs and good quality prints.
