Really good costumer service from Jonah David. Even though the order had to be replaced, the service was impeccable.

The t-shirts are cute and good quality. I had an issue with my order, but Tina from customer service handled it exceptionally well. She was thorough, responsive, and genuinely kind. Overall, a very positive experience.

I completely missed that two of the shirts I ordered were pre ordered shirts. But jonah helped me greatly and explained my options. Very happy with the customer support!!!

The customer service is great, Hani had fast replies, super kind and accommodating. Was very appreciative of the experience as sometimes having to contact customer service can be draining but not with Hani. I would although say the actual quality of the tops are rather thin, so I’d say only worth it on sale/if you really like the printed design.

Some of the item waits can be long, hence 4 stars. However, customer support was brilliant! Hani was top and understand the asks, flexible to offer alternative!

I ordered two shirts in february and didn‘t receive an update about the order for about 2 weeks so I reached out via email and Neil let me know that the items were out of stock. He gave me a discount for future orders and was extremely nice and helpful. My order showed up not long after that. I would recommend ordering here as the shirts are really high quality! Just keep in mind that shipping might take a bit longer!

I’ve recently ordered 2 t-shirts and I’m in love! Also huge shoutout to the customer service, my order got somehow lost and IPWT or the tracking company couldn’t find it. Luckily once I contacted them via email, amazing Hani helped me with everything and secured me an order for replacement, which was shipped in the next week right away. Huge thank you!
