Everything went Perfect. No complaints.

I absolutely loved a pair of jeans that I ordered, after a few wears however they completely ripped down my leg, this was disappointing as they were expensive and seemingly good quality. I wouldn't usually complain but decided I should, I emailed, at first I just got an automated response which was then followed up by Hani who was very helpful in resolving the problem by giving me a refund and extra store credit to use, if it wasn't for Hani my experience would have been very negative but she saved the companies reputation as she was so lovely and helpful.

Just placed an order with them so can’t say about the product yet but I can say the customer service so far has been excellent. I was having trouble with using a discount and contacted them, Jonah replied promptly and got the sorted I also had another query which was dealt with very promptly and with great generosity. Very impressed with the service so far

I ordered six baby tees and after 10 days i hadn’t heard anything yet so i send an email. Jonah answered very kindly and told me there was a bit of a delay but that they would personally keep an eye on my order. I understand that delays can happen and they were super kind and even gave me a discount code for next time as compensation. I give 5 stars because of the amazing costumer service and how kind and quit Jonah was with answering. Im excited for my baby tees!

I have ordered several items from in print we trust. First I tried a hoodie, and it immediately became my favourite - the quality is amazing, and it feels so much luxurious than a standard hoodie from the high street. Then I ordered some tshirts - absolutely love the fit! Rounded it up lately with a pair of jeans and again I love them! They are possibly a little short on me, but I am 5"10 with very long legs so that is nothing out of the ordinary - very flattering otherwise.

One of my orders had an issue with the delivery date and the company could not have been more helpful.

We have ordered some T shirts and there was a slight delay I contacted them and received a very helpful email from Jonah who explained the situation, I would definitely order from them again due to the customer service.

Customer service was first class after a delivery problem.

There were issues about delays and item not arriving but showing that it was arrived. However, I really appreciate their customer service and patience. They have been helping me and accommodating based on what’s best for me. Especially Jonah David, he has been doing a great job solving this issue!

I was really disappointed because my purchase wasn't delivered, only your employee Hani took over the situation and did everything for us again so that we could get what was ordered. So all praise for her.You need to improve your delivery and purchase to be on time.

I had some issues with my shipment. When I placed the order I didn’t get any notification on my email. But I was charged. The sales or customer representative just based on what was charged and bank details was able to track the order number. Come to find out, that I had typed incorrect letter in the email.

I had problems with the shipping company, and getting my order labeled, but the costumer service team went above and beyond to make it up, answering all my emails, finding solutions and clearing my doubts.

Our order got lost in the mail and Luisa was awesome to work with and immediately ordered a replacement order. My daughter loves her T-shirts and it was worth the wait to get them. So grateful to work with a company that took responsibility and was very helpful!

I noticed that my order wasn’t moving forward and I decided to email the support team inquiring about the order (the issue was completely my fault, not the companies). The problem was very quickly resolved by accommodating me and clearly explained by one of the excellent team members Hani. I believe the customer support team does a great job at resolving issues in a kind and professional manner.
