Working with IDR is always a pleasure
Working with IDR is always a pleasure. I find their efficiency and follow up to be superb. Thier payments for services are also sent very timely. Great overall firm to work with.

IDR: A Trustworthy Company & A+ Staff!
IDR is a great company that I enjoy working with for several reasons. The projects that they bring to the table or unique and bring and add value. The team at IDR is extremely professional respectful and very kind. To me they are like an extended family. The clients have been great to work with and are always polite and cordial extremely engaging. There isn't anything negative for me to say about them or the process. I've been working with them for a while now and I've worked with different people in different departments and they've all been great to deal with. Have there been some hiccups or issues of course but they've been great solving all of them and working as a team to make things run smoothly.
I highly recommend contracting them if you need a company like them to figure out a certain product or certain demographic tendencies thoughts and I highly recommend them if you have a strong expertise in a few disciplines and you can add value.

Great experience with IDR
Great experience with IDR both using their research and sharing my own experience.
Pakistanis scamming people
Provided 2 surveys but not got paid for either.
All research companies pay as soon as you complete survey.
But IDR employees say "Wait for 30 days as per company policy." and then when you follow up, they do not respond.
This is a scamming team based out of Pakistan, while they advertise to be in NYC and London.

I acted on faith and preformed a study on Oct.31 2025 - was told that I would be compensated with 7-10 days. On the 11th day - they said they couldn't pay until the following Monday. I got an email saying that the payment is now being delayed until the 17 th due to a tecnical error.
My next move is to file a complaint to the Deceptive Trade Practices Act

I was engaged for several consulting calls, all of which were handled professionally and efficiently. The compensation for my time was always processed promptly and was entirely satisfactory.
They have no idea what they are doing
They have no idea what they are doing, and they don't respond to e-mails when informing them that they are off... instead they chase you to do the "survey" that isn't relevant.

Do not bother
Bad - bot been paid yet and payments team are less supportive that the set up to get you in. My recommendation if you are not based in the USA do not bother with the survey as they won’t pay you or support you to get paid .
Update in response. Now miraculously after writing this review your team were able to use the bank details provided and did pay me, but iy was hassle and took a lot of chasing and reminding them they were in breach of the NDA I signed . Not the best

A pleasant experience
I have been working with IDR for a few months now and it has been a real pleasure!
Very good experience
I’ve conducted many interviews for IDR and it’s generally been a very good experience. Occasionally there have times where I’ve not heard back as to why I didn’t get through the screening. But overall it’s been good.
Professional, great experience.
IDR is a legitimate company that administers consumer surveys for their clients. I've completed numerous surveys and interviews with them. Each time planning, coordination, and payment has happened smoothly and as explained.

I was contacted by IDR based on my professional experience to undertake an in-person focus group for their client.
The onboarding process was smooth, NDAs and contractual terms hassle free.
The issue is concentrated around there scheduled repayment of compensation. It’s been nearly 1 month and I’ve received no value for the time and advice. Moreover the session I participated in ran over schedule and I availed myself on the day of tube strikes which made the whole attendance cumbersome.
Overall, very easy onboarding, disappointingly poor thereafter

Great company
IDR is a serious company that has shown respect towards my career and trajectory as they reach me to participate in very interesting projects and researches.
They offer fair rates, pay on time and work with high-profiled companies that allow me to assess myself within the market.
