I love the fact that I have ink whenever I need it, and I find the price very competative. I would have awarded 5 stars, but the website is full of bugs and keeps crashing when I am trying to access... See more

Never personally had a problem with instant ink supplies.

HP Instant Ink, was a great move to cover my personal and business printing.
Not only do I never run out of ink, with HP Ink, communicating with my printer, to check on my ink levels, it has saved me a fortune, as was very expensive buying ink from the high street shops.
BIG Thank you to HP Ink

the worst product and biggest waste of money ever. they charge you so much for nothing, get a laser printer, it will be so much faster and easier to use in the long run. never buy anything from hp

My monthly charge is £5ish and with that usage a cartridge which lasts about a year means about £60 for 2 cartridges a year. Yet if we don’t buy your cartridges through your scheme our printers might not work or so we’re advised. You don’t offer a scheme of buy one when you need one. Why not? I stay with you because the other printer companies are no better.HP sent the review survey so you got one.

Website seems to be very slow, both to log on in the first place, and navigating from page to page.

Worry free printing, replacement cartridges always available and should a cartridge fail quick free replacement. What is not to love.

Reserve ink prompt delivery when required. Printer always informs you when ink is running low. But, printer automatically orders more ink for you. Return label always sent pre-paid to return your used cartridge. Brilliant servie.

I am essentially pleased with this. It is definitely cost efficient for me - and was even more so when I was working full time and doing some academic work which meant I was doing a lot of copying.
The thing I should like would be is to have slightly more stock. I often feel anxious that I only have one cartridge. I should like to have at least one in reserve. That is probably a personality thing but ....

The ink always arrives in good time and there is a significant saving compared with buying as an individual purchess. However, having accumulated significant unused pages on one ccasion, and swapped to a lower monthly cost to compensate, I appeared to have lost those unused pages.

Love that I don't have to remember to order ink or paper and it is always delivered before I need it.

Trying to take money out my account every week because of a problem they had with my ink doesn’t sent refills need I go on unhelpful staff who think there better than the customer

HP support does not provide support once they realized a customer contacted them for a complaint.
I have subscribed the instant ink plan and they say it can be rolled up to 150 pages if the previous month did not print for certain of pages…..I have to admitted that I printed over around 10 pages extra this month (as preparing my daughter’s exam) according to my plan and they charged me triple of my regular monthly fee.
I was just looking for explanation of my usage via HP support and once the person realized I was a bit upset and the person immediately terminated the conversation with no reply.
What a great service from HP and I think I’ll start looking for replacement for the ink.

Trying to 'talk' to someone is literally a nightmare. You go round in circles until you're dizzy and just give up. I have just had my statement which says I have used 105 pages within the month and at a cost of £13.50 when in fact my last statement period said nothing of the sort??? Not only that, but I cannot print at all now because my warranty has expired??? Why should it be that because my warranty has expired I cannot use a printer that I paid for??? I've tried and tried to actually communicate in real time with a real person...what a joke! I've been overcharged, cannot print because my warranty is expired and yet I own the printer??? I will not register a new printer or take on another Instant Ink with HP ever again. How can it be that you can not use your owned printer because the warranty has run out and you are 'blackmailed' into paying an extortionate price for a new plan to use a printer you own and when you may not even print anything in a month??? Disgraceful!!
