Love this very convenient way to get my resistance training in!

I am so grateful that I found this amazing product. I stopped going to the gym when we went into lockdown and was looking for alternative ways to exercise. This ticks all the boxes. It’s a great way to do resistance training, stretching and cardio workouts. It can be used anytime and anyplace for short interval training or longer workouts and is for all abilities. There are classes on You Tube to follow which are really helpful. InStepp is is an effective way to keep physically fit and is great fun too. Customer service is also brilliant. I did have a problem which was resolved to my satisfaction straight away. Highly recommended.

I have bought loads of exercise gear but what I LOVE about Instepp is that you can so easily take it anywhere with you. I use instepp when I walk my dogs so I can get the most out of my time in the park. Loads of people stop and ask about it and I recommend it widely! My hubby has even started stealing my Instepp for his daily wal and he rates it and he never rates anything I try!!!!
It's an affordable and fun piece of kit. Xx

Instepp gives a great workout and you can take it anywhere which is great to take on holiday and out on walks. The online classes with the lovely Julie are an added bonus, with all the instructions on the correct use to maximise your workout. Fantastic value for money.

Great fitness product and a variety of workouts can be done using it. For strength and overall fitness I really recommend it.

I recently ordered the Instepp from Julie after seeing a review of the product from Liz Earle. I quickly ordered the product and in my haste I forgot to add the discount coupon from Liz Earle. I contacted Julie and explained my error and she quickly replied and said she would honour the discount. She also offered me a 1:1 exercise session to ensure I get the most out of my equipment when it arrives. Today I received a beautiful hand written card from Julie, explaining that she had trouble returning the discount through PayPal so instead enclosed the money within the card. Now that’s what I call amazing customer service, above and beyond!! I really appreciate the time and effort she took to do this for me. Highly recommend this amazing company and their customer satisfaction ethos. Thanks Julie - amazing!!

I’m enjoying exercising with the Instepp, thought I’d give it a try after seeing liz Earle demonstrating how to use the equipment. It gives me a really good workout and a change from the gym. Haven’t done a live class but found the youtube classes fun and easy to follow. Love Julie’s enthusiasm and great music choices.

I purchased my Instepp when there was a waiting list, I was regularly updated by email and when they came into stock it was received very quickly. The Instepp is great for an all round workout and much harder than I expected! Thank you for putting the workouts on YouTube as I'm never able to make the live class.

This is a well made and well thought about product, I particularly liked the set of clips included for clipping onto your tshirt for when you're out & about/stop for a coffee!

Had to wait quite a while for my order but definitely worth the wait. Enjoyable way to exercise. On line access to exercise classes is great.
