Instepp is a great exercise and I so look forward to Julie’s class on Saturday morning

Instepp is a great piece of exercise equipment, resistance exercise and cardio in one ! A full body workout that is fun and easy to use. Any problems with your order and Julie the inventor and owner, sorts it quickly and efficiently.
Highly recommend.

Although it took a long time to get here it was worth waiting for. I have only used it a few times so far but it certainly gives you a good workout.

As a person living with Multiple Sclerosis and all that comes with it, I have found that Instepp has allowed me to regain my confidence.
I am building foundations at a pace that I can sustain and grow from.
Lightweight and simple, it allows me to participate, that in itself has a profound effect in me staying healthy and strong for my life ahead. Thank you ❤️

This is a great piece of equipment. Easy to pick up anytime and do a short workout. I can certainly feel where those muscles have been worked. I haven’t managed to use it while out walking yet! I would highly recommend this.

Very pleased with my instepp having fun while exercising is half the battle for me to keep it up and there are lots of videos on youtube with exercises to do.

Fast delivery super fitness aid. Enjoy using the Instepp and feel fabulous after completing a session. Simple to use both indoor and outdoor. Looking forward to use it outside in the garden when the weather gets better. Easy to store away in its own little bag.

Such a simple piece of kit but hugely effective. Julie has lots of videos to show you how to use the Instepp and the instruction card is really helpful too. I was amazed at how a short walk with bicep curls raised my heart rate and my arms really felt it! I love the clips so you can use the Instepp throughout the day (I’ve been doing chair sits in the adverts of an evening!) I would Highly recommend this fab product.
