Excellent quality, and delivery, I bought the insulation side and pump covers for my lazy spa vagas, has made a big positive impact on the running cost. Using the tub on a frosty evening and using the bubbles, the water temperature did not drop below 38 degrees, the temp outside was 0 degrees, (my tub is covered by a gazebo so has a bit of protection from the elements). I will be buying the lid cover next and would definitely recommend the product and company.

I brought the side panel thermal cover for my hot tub. It is excellent quality that will last for years and has saved me a small fortune in electric.

Great product, great service from the staff when discussing size required.

Unfortunately, they sent the incorrect cover and jacket for my hot tub but the return was free and reasonably smooth so no issue there. I did not reorder as the materials used are extremely strong and good quality which makes them quite heavy, too heavy for a disabled person to remove and replace on a daily basis. I hope this experience will encourage the company to inform buyers of the weight on the website.

Excellent company, the jacket was here before the expected date, excellent product, fitted my jacket on my hot tub really easy and have noticed a big difference on the electricity as well. Highly recommend.

Only just installed these but impressed with quality and finish, tub heat was turned off for 10 + hours and lost 1 degree in that time. Very hopeful these will make a big impact on running costs.

Product appears good. It is a little early to see if it has contributed to reduced bills, but the pump is warmer during cold days/evenings.
The walls of the jacket are tied to the pump using a cord and Velcro. The walls are shaped to sit over the pump valves that enter the hot tub. The lid is separate to the wrap around cover. I thought it was a zip mechanism rather than effectively a cushion which lies on the top.
Overall seems satisfactory but time will tell if it does reduce the bills other reviews have suggested.

Email correspondence very effective and prodduct arrived very quickly and fitment proved effortless.

The insulated cover is very good and what I expected. The only problem that I have is straps have to be put underneath the Spa to hold the top cover on. The Spa is full of water so a different method of securing the top needs to be given.

I purchased all three items for my Lay z spa hot tub (insulating jacket, cover and pump cover).

They were easy to install and have made a real difference to the temperature the water remains at in the hot tub.

Only had this on Hot Tub for a week but it seems to be working well. Only time will tell on how much of a saving on Electric bill this will make but I am glad I made the purchase.

I bought the insulated lid and it really is great. Does 3 things in 1
1 - Insulation - of course - its fascinating how much heat is trapped between this new lid and the basic one that comes as standard from lay-z-spa
2- Protects the standard cover
3 - And this should be promoted way more, its designed so rain no longer collects in the cover - fantastic improvement.

Also there was a mistake at point of delivery, which was my fault and have to say the team were helpful, fast responding and when I realised my mistake they were very gracious!

Customer service from this company is non existent. I purchased a hot tub cover which started absorbing water even though its supposed to be waterproof. After emailing for several months I finally got a reply and again after weeks between emails I finally got a resolution. I was offered a replacement or refund and after the customer service I received I asked for a refund which was promised to be sent straight away. 6 weeks later after continuous emails and still no refund, I am constantly told it will be sent right away and once I was told it had been sent but it's all lies. The last email I was told it would be sent by bank transfer by the manager buy yet again still no refund, I am going to have to phone my bank and go to trading standards, this is absolutely ridiculous!

Ordered on online on the and arrived on the Friday.
Put on straight away and through the night with no heating on only down 2 degrees and through the day stayed the same.Brilliant covers worth the money.
