Very slow to provide reimbursement for…
Very slow to provide reimbursement for a cancelled policy 3101898002. Called to cancel my policy and advised that it would take 3, to 7 business days for the premium to be repaid. Called again on 22 May 26 (Friday) to ascertain when the premium amount would be returned after the 7 business day period had passed and was advised that this would be completed by COB next Tues (26 May 26). However, the reimbursement was only finalised today. This is not very responsive.
