Arrived quickly but didn’t last
Balloon arrived next day and was a lovely surprise but it didn’t stay up long - only stayed inflated for about a day afterwards.
In comparison to the other balloons bought for the same occasion it looked very sad. I spent the extra money to get it delivered for a nice surprise on her birthday on Wednesday and by the time her party came on Saturday - it couldn’t be used at party as it had went down so much 😞

Paid an extra £10 for guaranteed Sunday…
Paid an extra £10 for guaranteed Sunday delivery but got a txt to advise "problem in transit would be delivered on Monday" This was too late and being a 60th birthday balloon for a party on Monday was useless to me being delivered on Monday. No refund offered. One star as the balloon itself was as ordered but useless to me as did not arrive on time. Do not expect delivery as promised and paid for. Most disappointed.

Easy fun way to send a message
Easy to order, reasonable price for a long distance happy greeting. I sent a get well balloon to my sister who had covid, an inexpensive and different fun way to let her know I was thinking of her. Prompt delivery, no issues, all good. Will use this company again.
