I ordered flowers for March 8th, specifically choosing March 7th as the delivery date. They failed to deliver on time and attempted the delivery on March 9th, when the occasion had already passed. I refused the delivery and requested a refund. Instead of taking responsibility for their delay, customer service (Lucia) refused the refund, claiming that 'delay is not a service error'. This is unacceptable. They charge premium prices but don't respect delivery dates for time-sensitive events. Disgraceful experience.

On 02.03 Placed order 1103279929 for a flower box, with delivery 03.03. Delivery did not happen, no communication from Interflora, no update on their tracking (only "Order accepted 2/5"). Called customer service on 04.03: florist refused the order because they did not have the required material, but no one cared to inform me, before (at the time of the order), during (on day of delivery) or after (I had to call). Giving 1 star because cannot select 0.

I am not sure how they have some positive reviews here but my experience with them was the worst so far with an international online order. Their follow ups look so genuine that you feel like someone is really working on your order, which is obviously not true. They will keep sending texts and messages with alerts until the day of delivery and that is when it starts with unexpected issues with the delivery and zero efforts to deliver it. This website is a total scam with very unreliable services . Be careful and dnt waste your money

I paid for this flowers to be delivered the day after my friend’s wedding because I couldn’t be there and after 3 days they still didnt receive it. I paid 9 euros for this to be delivered plus the flowers price which also not cheap. Do not recommend.

I ordered premium flowers for my girlfriend in Rome and online the picture looked full filled with roses and in person it was a couple of roses not nearly as full as the online picture. Disappointed because I spent extra for them to be more full and they barely filled the giant vase they came in.

Absolutely Terrible - we ordered flowers for grandmother's 65th Birthday - they waited in all day to receive the flowers from their grandkids and come 8pm they still hadn't arrive - not a call or an email to give any update what-so-ever. Worst customer service! total sham.
Despite assurances from customer service that this would be addressed - almost 2 weeks on and its Radio silence from Interflora - no resolution, no refund!

Unfortunately zero stars does not exist as this is what you deserve. Terrible experience: the flowers you delivered where not what I ordered as in completely different, they were delivered 1 day later than scheduled and one of the items I ordered was missing. I sent Interflora an email with case number 1666201, still no reply. So basically I paid for something that was not delivered and no action is being taken to respond nor refund, which by the way it’s illegal and I will therefore take this further. I even called customer services, the agent barely spoke Italian, was dismissive and didn’t even apologise and said she would review my case… no surprise I have not heard back from anyone. No doubt you will reply with the standard thank you for your comments we will improve etc, as I won’t be ordering from you ever again and I hope no one else does either, I have little interest in what you try and improve and I would expect immediate action to process my refund before I take legal action and leverage every possible platform to share my review.
