I ordered what seemed like a beautiful bouquet (Spring Romance) to be delivered for my aunts 80th birthday. The bouquet was arranged by Herbarium of Aldridge Ltd in West Mids. Though I understand the flowers may not be exactly the same but I expected it to look at least similar to what I ordered.
The bouquet arrived, poor quality flowers and looking nothing like what I had ordered. The florist changed them when requested but still, it was not that much better, and still looking absolutely nothing like what I had ordered. My aunt and myself could have done a much better job. Myself and my aunt was not impressed though she was grateful for my thought.
Very disappointing. I would not use Interflora again and neither would I recommend using them to anyone. Don't be fooled by the website!

I order some flowers, giving clear indications that, if the person was not at home, they should have delivered the flower to a shop next door. This to make sure that the flowers were delivered without disturbing the recipient. Interflora sent me a message that the flowers had been delivered, instead they were not, they sent a request to the recipient to ask if she was satisfied (it should have been a surprise), and the day after they contacted her to repeat the delivery, forcing her to stay home, waiting for the delivery. Flowers are not packages, the whole service has been managed without any empathy.
I ordered a premium category bouquet, but what was delivered was completely different from what I had requested and from the images shown at the time of purchase.
I chose Interflora expecting a high standard of quality and proper service control, especially given the price paid. Unfortunately, these expectations were not met at all.
The product received was disappointing and unacceptable, and the whole experience completely ruined the meaning of the gesture for which the order was placed. As a customer, I felt extremely dissatisfied.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service, particularly for important occasions where reliability and quality are essential.

Ho scelto Interflora aspettandomi un alto standard di qualità e un controllo adeguato sul servizio, soprattutto considerando il prezzo elevato. Purtroppo, queste aspettative sono state totalmente disattese.
Il prodotto ricevuto è stato deludente e inaccettabile, e l’esperienza complessiva ha rovinato completamente il significato del gesto per cui avevo effettuato l’ordine. Mi sono sentito profondamente insoddisfatto e offeso come cliente.
Alla luce di quanto accaduto, non consiglierei questo servizio, soprattutto se si cerca affidabilità per occasioni importanti.

Overall, everything was great; I was able to order to the next day. The flowers were good quality, and my girlfriend was happy. However, the delivery was a bit pricey, and I could have liked a slightly more elaborate bouquet. But thank you anyway!

Ordered some flowers for a next day delivery for a bereavement, order paid for online and confirmed. Was sat assuming the delivery was to be fine until I received an email on the day flowers were due to be delivered saying they could not find a florist and the order had been cancelled! This was too late to enable a alternative to be arranged for delivery so was left upset, embarrassed and badly let down.
Surely the time to notify they can not fulfil the order is shortly after the order is placed, not after the delivery was supposed to have taken place.
We send regular flowers using this service through my company, many every month but this let down will result in these being made elsewhere with them now losing our recurring business. I am really not happy

They were fined by Italian Consumer’s Association 400.000€ for delivering different products and with late delivery and it really shows why. On top of that, they raised prices by almost 50% since last year. Very bad service.
Don’t use this company they are scammers you can’t contact them when there is a problem

This service is truly disappointingordering something only to receive completely the wrong item. To make matters worse, the delivery personnel are rude and unprofessional.
I've ordered a bouquet of €80 with a written message. When they delivered was no longer a bouquet but only 5 roses (attached picture)
Also the didn't add the card with the message but they Read it via interphone!!! Incredibile😡

Awful experience. Ordered a DELUXE bouquet two days earlier and:
1) Taken SO MUCH TIME to pick and order because the website was bugging again and again, the page was always recharging.. definitely NOT SMOOTH.
2) Was my first order so I had a one-time code with 5€ discount.. spoiler: it NEVER WORKED. I’ve tried multiple times writing it, copying it.. nothing.
3) my order had arrived ONE DAY LATE, and especially with NO UPDATE ABOUT THE DELAY, no updates at all! And when I asked for answers they seemed to be so chilled about everything was alright. Delays can happen but I cannot accept such absence of communication and uncaring behaviour.
4) I spent other time of mine writing an email asking for some kind of refund and they offered me 20% on next order, but this is not something acceptable since the services I PAID FOR was NOT completed and of course I’m not gonna buy anything else from them.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Ordered a Christmas bouquet to be sent to a hospital on December 20th. Same day delivery was not only an option but was guaranteed. As of noon December 21st, the order hasn't even been sent to a florist yet. No notification from Interflora that there was an issue, a backlog, or delay of orders. No option to cancel the order and of course no human customer service reachable. Fortunately I had ordered through PayPal and apparently their service must be known to be problematic, because PayPal gave me an immediate refund (which rarely happens without trying to speak to the other party first).

I received a gift of three orchids in a pot. The pot arrived smashed. Despite two emails through their website I received no response. Eventually I rang head office and received an email from customer services offering me a different plant .. a rose or a peace lily. No! I would like replaced what was purchased. Very poor response and won’t be using them in future.

I paid 63 pounds for a special bouquet for my mum's 90th and the flowers were worth about half the amount I paid.
I emailed Interflora to ask for an apology or explanation and they have so far not bothered to reply. It was over a week ago and they claim to reply within 48 hours.
I will not use them again.
