Absolutely outrageous pricing and usage policy. The AI generation is shockingly bad, yet every failed attempt still eats up your credits.
No flexibility—if you generate garbage, too bad, your credits are gone.
The worst part? The stock footage is actually decent if you use them only for that, but you’re forced into using their AI if you want ANY AI, which is miles behind.
No option to mix AI with stock, just an all-or-nothing mess. Save your money—this is a total rip-off.
Was on an expensive one and it's a complete waste, might go to one and just use them for stock video's that actually works. AVOID their generative credits.

Way too expensive
Way too expensive! Imagine paying $35 just to generate two low-quality videos. When I reached out to customer service, they basically said, 'That’s how it works,' and suggested I use stock images instead. Seriously? Who's still using stock images in 2025? Not recommended at all you'll just be throwing your money away.

Overpriced and Low-Quality AI – Refund Policy is Unfair
I regret subscribing to InVideo. It costs $120/month for just 15 minutes of generative AI, and the results were completely unusable. The AI-generated content was poor quality stock footage mixed with weird, distorted images that didn’t match what I needed.
After realizing how bad it was, I requested a refund immediately. But instead of honoring it, they refused because I had “used” the service, even though I couldn’t get a single usable result. Their refund policy feels like a trap, and their customer support is unresponsive.
Save your money and look elsewhere, there are much better AI video tools out there that don’t charge a fortune for subpar results. Do your research before subscribing!

It's just terrible at following prompts, and it uses up all your credits (which are very expensive) to generate simple videos. The videos are useless because it is not what you want. It is like throwing money in the trash can. They need to allow unlimited prompts and only charge for what is downloaded. Don't waste your money.

Was Excited to only be LET DOWN
I was stoked to start my process with them as it seemed legit. But upon paying my $35 for the month I didn't even make it a day before I couldn't do anything with my subscription. You can't write a description to video with that $35. You have to do individual clips. Which is fine but I didn't even get a full video of 10 min done and I was already out of credits. I am NOT IMPRESSED with what you get for your money. DONT DO IT. UNLESS YOUR RICH lol.

Not dependable and generative AI is terrible
The generative AI is very weak. It doesn't even follow specific follow written instructions or subsequent editing directions. It's hit or miss on if the app is going to be laggy and/or save the changes after you tell it to. Really poor user experience, and my bandwidth and PC is optimized for blazing speed. I see some promise but there is too much wrong here to recommend it. Not ready for prime time, there's better options.

You are the only application that has a personalized service. It is not possible to speak with a Human in Canva, Davinci, Windows, or anywhere else.
