I got a managed service. The web site contains all the useful information about the service and conditions. The automated on-line procedure for activation is very easy. servers and network speed are a bomb! but there is no assistance !! For example if you take two IPV4 addresses, there is no moo to make them work, but they charge you anyway !!!
No technician with whom to point out that the error is in the router configuration which effectively prevents the DHCP from being removed from the card. Too bad it would be really great service. Better Soyoustart ... more professional.

In server contracts, the customer is the only who administrates the machine. We do not offer administration service.
Our customer support in that contracts is for hardware and network failures.
We recommend you to contact your system administrator in order to get help for the IPV4 configuration.
