Rubbish customer service
Customer agents are useless / in consistent / if you ever have issues don't expect it to be resolved any time soon.
Steer clear. I regret having so many of my domains with these people.

1&1 was our big error
We ere customers of 1&1 since some years, but now we had to switch to another provider because of the service quality.
We have a Win2008 R2 server with them, this server is all the times problematic. Virtuozzo server is not working properly so we cannot easily manage the server from the backoffice. When we need a restart, we have to call their support service. And we may stay hours waiting for a restart of the server.
Moreover the backoffice is very poor compared to all the other provider we know, for instance there is no reboot function indedpendent from virtuozzo.
Definitely we done an error with them.
