I’ve always liked Apple because they fiercely protect your data and information from other big tech giants. iPhones also have little to no issues, last anywhere between 10-20 years if taken care of and have some of the best looks in available. my advise is not to purchase a apple phone cover direct from apple as their product is beyond disappointing. The price of £67 is over inflated for the product that you receive. after only 6 months use, it has faded around all the edges, no longer keeps its colour and is worn out and has become an embarrassment to present in public.

Just ordered two IPhone 13. Neither phone came with a charger that works without my having to order a USB Adapter. This stinks!!!! You use to get headphones and a working charger with a new phone. It's not like Apple isn't making money hand over foot off of us. Very very disappointed!!!! Convinced someone to switch from Samsung and they are really disappointed. I feel cheated

After having my phone stolen, I needed a password reset and went into the store and they said they didnt do that. Then Apple support says they will let me know when they will do it. Then they say I need to wait 3 weeks to unlock to verify my identity. So they lied to begin with, they verified my is in minutes when I filled out a credit application for an Apple credit Card and gave me a $4000 credit line. But need three weeks to identify me. Meanwhile the find my iPhone is now useless, the criminal got away with it thank you Apple, and my business will not be able to survive this. Already lost a $2600 job because I was unable to communicate with them. I’ve been revictimized by Apple. Btw, you said you would text me at my phone number, you didn’t. A girl said she would call me back, she didn’t, a guy said google has live chat help. They don’t. Was told you can’t unlock accounts. You can .you are a company of liars.

Iphone doesn't get delievered because Apple did a wrong border declaration
Well, my iphone13 order ist blocked and doesn't get delivered since 2 weeks. Because Apple forget to declare the lithium battery, so now on the border the declared it as a dangerous good. After calling Apple twice and speaking with an unfriendly person, I still have no answer, no iphone but the phone is already paid... Apple's client service is really bad and not helpful at all, sadly.
3 stars is a fair and honest current rating
Have been an Apple user (not my choice) for 10 years until a couple of years ago.
Three stars is a fair rating for the devices considering the unavailability of many basic software features and continuous lack of well-thought out functionality of the existing ones.
Another huge drawback is the inflated level of spare parts and service based on the lack of information by most customers, pushing them either towards a model upgrade or pay for fixes at hugely increased prices.
PS- The stability of the hardware of the phones is something to be more than expected by this phone segment and I doubt it is much reliable than, say, Samsung (if at all).

I recently got a new iPhone and when I attempted to add apple care for theft and loss, I was unable to do it. I then called Apple and the rep said she could see where I had attempted it 3 times, and she cancelled the attempts and said I could then try again. When she did, I could see on my phone that I now had Apple care and they had received the money for the monthly service. She stated that she couldn’t see it on her end, but she would call me back in three days to see if it was still there. She called me back in three days and I told her that I was still seeing that I am insured on the phone. She said she would have to check with upper management because for some reason a contract wasn’t generated. She then called me back 4 days later and stated that she was told to cancel my Apple Care, refund my money and in 24-48 hours I could purchase it again. When I explained to her that I could break my phone within 2 days and I would have no care. In addition it takes up to $30 for them to refund the money, so I would have to pay for it again. I asked, how are you able to cancel something that I supposedly don’t have and that you can’t see on your end? I asked why couldn’t I get the service immediately, and you apply the money that you already have? We went around and around with this and I still do not have a resolution. The problem is obviously a problem on Apple’s, and yet I have had to spend hours on the phone for something that I cannot correct. Apple is suppose to be one of the most technologically intelligent companies in the world and yet they cannot fix something that any small company can fix. I think they need to get their heads out of the clouds for a minute and come down to earth. The rep was nice and did the best she could to help, but I think Apple is negligent in providing the correct training for these kind of situations. The rep was just as frustrated as I was, and Apple’s employees should not have to deal with a lack of solutions or a lack of solutions that do not work.

I have had an IPhone starting with the IPhone launch in 2014. I have updated every 3-4 yrs and now have the IPhone 12 Pro Max. I love everything about the Apple products that I use almost continuously. I tried other OS' for interface with proprietary security systems, etc. and have found them vastly inferior to my Apple Products.My favorite is apple 🍎 4ever .

I purchased an iPhone And I love it. The problem with my phone is the charging cable. It is made of plastic. It splits open easily and can break off at the phone's lightning port.
My cables have split open revealing the tiny wires inside. Apple wants you to use their cables and chargers or "you could damage your phone or the brick."
In 3 months I replaced the same cable 4 times. Apple is charging $30.00 for this cheaply made cable.
I could buy 3 cables for half that price from Amazon but Apple makes you want to buy that cable or it could damage the phone. To top it off you get no charger with your new phone. You have to buy an Apple lightning to usb-c charger. There is no USB-A input on the charger. One usb-c and that's it.
The cost? Another $30.00. that's $60.00 for a 2 meter (6foot) cable and charger on top of the phone's cost.
The phone is excellent but Apple has to do better with the cables. I am on my 4th cable in 3 months like I said. That's $120.00 for cheaply made cables.
If you want an iPhone be prepared to buy a few cables. I don't know why a company like Apple can't make a sturdier cable. I am forced to buy Apple certified cables on Amazon.

Iphones generally ? Hot house plants across the range. Overpriced.. overengineered... overhyped. The best mobile I ever owned was a Nokia Widows phone. Fast, good battery life, great camera (like all Nokias). Shame Microsoft pulled the support. Nokia 2 series on Android not in the same league. Currently using Blackview A20. Cheap but brilliant on Android Go. £38.00 on ebay...And you get a charger, anti shatter glass, and plastic back case.
