Not convinced!
Just switched from Bolt due to price. My first order arrived in a lukewarm bag with all the ice melted - one ice bag despite hot weather. I am hoping that the Mounjaro is unaffected by this. Not a great start!
After spending 15 minutes on the phone to the number that I was given in IQ Doctor's reply, I was told that the delivery was within the delivery limits and was packed within guidelines. Warm Mounjaro pens are clearly ok!

Placed an order with NDD, didn’t get it for a week
Placed an order with NDD, which I paid £5.99 for. My order required approval before dispatch and after 2 days without my order even being reviewed and approved. I had to ring them to which they told me an onboarding call was needed. Did the onboarding and I asked 3 times will my order definitely be with me tomorrow now to which I was told yes definitely. An hour after the call I receive an email asking me to send proof I have had the prescription before, so I send it off immediately to which I am told email response rate is 24 hours. 24 hours go by, still nobody has reviewed my proof I sent via email. So I ring AGAIN, and I am told they will check. They check and approve it and say it will be with me the next day. All well and good but the continuous calls and chasing them up to get my order is outrageous. Why allow me to check out and pay for NDD knowing steps where needed before my order could be dispatched. Got to the point I just wanted my money back and I’d shop elsewhere. Honestly don’t bother shopping here if you want your order in under a week.

This is an important distinction, as all orders require clinical and verification checks before approval to ensure patient safety.
We're really pleased that once your order was approved, it arrived the very next day exactly as promised. We also refunded your delivery fee as a goodwill gesture, because we always want to make things right where we can.
We've actually tried to reach you on a couple of occasions to discuss this and see if we could turn your experience into a positive one; unfortunately, we weren't able to get through. We'd still love the opportunity to chat if you're open to it.

competitive but not cheap
Although competitive, it’s an obscene amount of money with an extortionate profit margin. Because of this customers have no allegiance to suppliers, so company reputation means very little these days.

I just completed my first week
I just completed my first week, felt fine I was watching what I had counted calories, then had a chicken curry on Saturday night I struggled to eat half of it but it didn’t agree with me , I had a funny tummy and diarrhoea on Sunday, but i am fine now and have lost about 5 pounds I’ve just had my next jab , so happy so far

Always quick and efficient
Always quick and efficient. I stopped Mounjaro a year ago but it’s hard keeping it off. I have managed ok but 1 stone back and I opted for the new wegovy pill. So far so good, haven’t had side effects and felt the effects after a couple of days.
