Product never arrived. For 7 consecutive weeks I was told it would arrive next week (I had to repeatedly contact them)... Got tired of waiting so cancelled my order... TEN weeks later still no refund issued (phone lines don't work)

I ordered via their website on 13th February 2021. The initial email stated delivery in two weeks but a confirmation email to follow. On 18th February, and with no confirmation email, I contacted them to ask when my order would be delivered, and they stated 10 working days.
On 26th February, a day before the initial two weeks was up, I contacted them again to ask when my order would be delivered. On 28th February, I received an email from Molly, a Customer Service manager, apologising and stating that she would put the order on the priority list.
On 4th March, now past the initial two weeks, the 10 working days, and the few days one would expect on a 'priority' list, I contacted them again and received the exact same email, word for word, from Molly. I therefore replied asking that the order be cancelled and that I was refunded.
On 9th March, I again emailed asking for the order to be cancelled and refunded. They did not respond.
I then (and I implore anybody who has had issues with this company and have not received their money back to do this) contacted my bank who completed a 'chargeback' once I sent evidence of all my correspondence. The company had until 31st May to query the chargeback but did not, so I have received my money back.
To all who are having issues with this company, it does not matter (in most cases) if you used a debit card or your credit card order was under £100 and not covered by Section 75. Contact your bank and explain, they will most likely charge back to the company. Make sure you have copies of all correspondence where you have tried to resolve the issue directly with the company (email is better than phone as it's written). Do not let this company get away with your money!

Don’t not even think of buying from this “Company” ordered £440 worth of things in November 2020, They said my order is delayed for 3 weeks guessing because of covid, so I cancelled the order then shopped somewhere else, They sent correspondence saying “we’ve cancelled you’re order” but half of the order came in February...... took till March for ““Adam to collect them even saying to me oh Dom i will personally get you’re refund be with you in 8 days”” and still haven’t given me my full refund!!!! It’s nearly end of may now!!

Ringing customer service they don’t do nothing it’s not there money so they don’t care..... And Surprise surprise they don’t answer anymore!!!...

I’m in the process of taking legal action.......

Absolutely horrendous company. Ordered on the 17th of January and after months and months of chasing for first my products, then a refund I have nothing with zero correspondence after March. It’s now the end of May. Scam!!!! Do not give them your money.

Placed an order feb time.
Waiting weeks for item to be delivered.
After sick of waiting I contacted the company which was a nightmare Trying to get through to the company!
They said my item was on its way!
Obviously not, after emailing and ringing to request a refund, I manage to get through by phone call, they said they would process the refund! This never happened.
It's now nearly June and after numerous phone calls and emails I still have no refund!

The worst company ever, this company is def Scam company. Don't trust all reviews from their website ever! I regret why I didn't check here before I ordered in Jan. I'm still struggling to get a refund for my order. I ordered on 12th Jan 2021 and they said it would take 5-7 working days for delivery. Of course, it didn't arrive for 4 weeks. I emailed them so many times to check my order status. They always said it would be and it would be. I requested to cancel my order on 5th Feb, and they accepted (I received email). After that, they suddenly sent my order even they accepted? And they kept asking if I wanted to keep the order as they sent? But I already bought it from eBay as soon as they accepted my cancellation request and already received it before they sent it. I emailed over and over I still wanted to get a refund and send the return label. They called me to double-check if I REALLY wanted to get a refund and I said yes. Then they took a week more to create a return label and I returned on 10th Mar (I checked tracking status). And this horrible company said it would take 7 working days to receive my full refund. Then.. not surprised.. they never got back to me with all my emails. Never picked up the phone. Suddenly said 1 week more, 2 weeks more and 4 weeks for refund. And now 8 weeks process. Then now it's been 11 weeks. Eventually, I made a claim through the bank/debit card, and still waiting. I really want to know how to report this company.

5 months later and still no product nor refund. Infuriating. Got a few emails saying my weights would be dispatched within the end of the week and they obviously weren't. Then stopped getting email replies. Phone number always busy or mailbox is full. Now the website is down. How anyone got their products is beyond me, they must be fake reviews. Looked the company up and they haven't been allowed to trade since 2014. Absolute disgrace.

Ordered in Jan, end of March nothing arrived, promised it would within 14 days, again nothing, asked for refund told would within 14 days, again nothing. Stopped answering emails. Those waiting for a refund request it from your bank, we opened an investigation (didn’t use CC or PayPal) and got it refunded with no issue.

As other have said, scam company. Ordered squat stands, 2 months no items arrived. Requested refund, and 4 weeks later nothing after numerous responses. Had to make a claim through visa to get my refund, which worked. Their website is now offline it seems.

FRAUD ALERT

This company is a scam. I ordered dumbells in February 2021 for 650£ and they never sent them. I contacted the customer service every month and they just kept saying it was delayed because of Covid. Last time I emailed them I got an automatic reply saying that if I would need a refund that would take an additional 8 weeks. FRAUD

Fraudulent company. Will look genuine, will take your order, will take your money, will NOT deliver items or give refunds. Can't believe they are able to operate with out consequences. Trading standards?

This has all the characteristics of a scam company.
I made an order in January and was told things were delayed with Covid. I got a delivery date then I got a call to say that delivery would not be honoured. I have requested a refund which I got an email declaring it would be returned to my bank account within 5 to 7 working days. This still has not been refunded after several weeks. There is no customer services and no one taken calls. I've received an email saying refunds will take up to 8 weeks to process but with all the other missed deadlines I am not confident in receiving this. I have contacted my credit card company who are now pursuing this for me.

Recently I purchased a few items from Iron Strength. All came except one, 7 weeks later they haven't acknowledged the missing item and have since closed their website. Leaving me unable to chase up my items. SHOCKING customer care or support and even worse communication. The worst buying experience I have ever had.

My son ordered weights plates in early January, they never came and no refund, despite countless emails, phone calls and false promises. He paid on his debit card so I wasn’t sure if he could get his money bank, but he filled in forms with NatWest and was compensated by them 10 days later.

I am still waiting for a refund. I ordered on December 7th and the order never arrived. Similar to other customers I was advised over and over again that my order would be 2 weeks. I managed to get through and cancel my order - no refund received 2 months after cancelling. They are thieves... DO NOT PRT WITH YOUR MONEY.

I placed an order on 31st December 2020 and it is now 15th May 2021 and still have not received my order. Have tried to ring several times and email multiple times. I was previously told it will be dispatched in 2 weeks. Then again 2 weeks and again and now no response to emails. Poor service. Do not order. Money taken straight away.

If you could I wouldn’t give you even one star!!!!! Disgusting customers service I’ve have been ripped off £189 since January I have been asking for my money refunded back keep promising but all lies and unprofessional unethical NOT HAPPY !!!!!
