Ordered a set of weights in January. Didn’t receive them. Phone lines unanswered voice mail full. No replies to emails.. It’s one big con. Don’t use

Wish I read these reviews before buying off them. Ordered squat stands in January, they said it would take 4 weeks to come, which was fine, it was covid. Emailed them as 6 weeks later still no reply, they said they were having issues. No communication. 2 months later asked for a refund as it still hadn't come. They repeatedly said they would. Said they would put me to the front of their refund queue. Fast forward its been almost 4 months they are now ignoring my emails and pretty sure they have blocked my number. Would give them 0 stars if they could. Don't ever buy from them

I am still waiting for a refund. I have now been waiting for a refund for the last 3 months and have heard nothing. I have reported this to my bank to try and get a refund that way but that could take 13 weeks!!! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

They have stolen hundreds of pounds from my friend

Ordered my items on 2nd December which they advertised as stocked. Not long after placing my order I received an email stating there would be a delay. The saga started after that. I waited 9 weeks until I finally received part of my order after many excuses and false promises of revised delivery and an offer of a next day delivery of an upgraded product that never happened. 5 months have passed and I'm still waiting on a refund for 2 weight plates that never arrived. This company has tried to capitalize on folk working out at home during the covid-19 period, falsely advertised items as stocked to lure you in to parting with your money and then sickenly used covid-19 and brexit port restrictions as failure to deliver stocked items...sorry but that's just fraud in my book. I have now contacted my bank for failure to deliver goods as advertised as it's been weeks since I was promised a refund that surprise surprise never happened...don't get sucked into buying their products based on price!

My dealings with this company have been extremely poor. Made the mistake of ordering first and then reading the trustpilot reviews after. I’m a reasonable customer - I wasn’t worried, gave the company the chance to prove me wrong, and didn’t mind a small delay. Even a couple of weeks wouldn’t have bothered me! However, after 2 months of waiting, I’ve lost patience. They did initially contact me about a delay and I changed the colour of my item (squat rack) to speed up the process. Unfortunately, this didn’t work. Plenty of emails later and no adequate response. The website was also down for a bit. Automatic email replies are saying it may take up to eight weeks to refund an order. Other replies said the email addresses were not valid. Ironically the website says something like: All items can be delivered within 48H. Feels like a scam. It could be a decent company with very poor organisation or infrastructure. I doubt I would use again. I just hope I get my money back (£108). PS I’m not a regular reviewer - I’ve maybe written 10 in 40 years. Beware.

I made an order back in November 2020. I received part of my order in late January and still haven't had the rest. Lost count how many times I emailed an had the same reply ' will be dispatched in 48hrs' . The customer service is terrible and I would tell anyone to think twice before ordering

No even worth one star, placed two orders in good faith, one in January and one Feb. Chased and chased with emails and calls and said would be delivered but backlog. Never got in the end I asked to cancel and got email confirming but still no refund???? I try emailing and calling but no replies and no one ever picks up the phone. I’ve spent nearly £300 and I can’t afford to loose this, I’m so angry. Don’t ever buy anything from this business they are scammers

I was a little skeptical before ordering as the prices and discounts appeared too good to be true but not only did I receive my order which was of great quality, but it arrived the very next morning! Amazing service ⭐️

Still waiting for a refund from Feb. Now can't get through on the phone and emails don't lead to anything other than 'we are inundated and refunds can take up to 8 weeks. Absolutely disgusting. FYI it's illegal to cancel an order and not fulfil the refund within 14 days of the cancellation. Have sought advice from trading standards and will be escalating this.

Waited months for an order to arrive to phone up multiple times and finally get told the dumbells I wanted were in fact out of stock... I have been waiting over 2 months for a refund of £200 and have written numerous emails and every time I phoned the inbox is full. I had received other equipment previously which was good quality equipment but the customer service is just diabolical. I am owed £200 and not one email has been replied to in months.

This was the first time I had invested in an olympic barbell and I was nervous! I had no idea what I was buying and needed to be sure I bought equipment that would be safe and last, and preferably grown with. I called a few companies to see if they could help, and Iron Strength was the best when it came to customer service. Even though I was clueless, the person on the call took the time to explain the ins and outs of buying good quality fitness equipment without being salesy or pushy for a sale. They answered my questions and even suggested I take time to look around and "feel free to call back if you have additional questions before you decide." When the barbell arrived, I not only felt secure in my purchase, I also knew who I could call when I got strong enough to add to my home gym! :-)

Ordered 2 extra 5 iron plates for my EZ bar, delivered 2 days later. Speedy delivery and great customer service will definitely be ordering from them again.

I placed an order for a pair of 20kg plates in January (yep, 3 whole months ago).
I had no communication regarding delay of order/shipping. I emailed numerous times with the same generic replies stating it will be up to 10 working days.. still no order received and no further communication.
I spoke on the phone with a few different advisors who ‘assured’ me that I would have my order in the next week.
2 weeks later and still haven’t received my order or again, any further communication. I have tried to call again but ‘phones were down’.
I ended up cancelling the order and requesting a refund over a month ago now, with no refund still received!
Baring in mind I paid over £100 for the plates and ‘express delivery’. It’s a lot of money to have to wait this long to get back, and it’s completely unacceptable on Iron Strength’s part.
I emailed customer services again last week regarding the whereabouts of my refund and I have had no reply at all.
Disappointed, extremely annoyed and feeling basically robbed, are huge understatements!

The first time I ordered from Iron Strength I had nearly lost hope as it took around 6weeks to arrive however, the quality and price was great so I decided to order again and have now been waiting for 4 months. Regrettable experience!

I placed an order on 9 December for a Barbell set and I received the wrong item and completely fell for their tricks and they kept saying the item will come on xxx day, xx day, until I finally just asked for a refund and collection (but little hope I will receive one). And they still have not collected my item! I call these people and email them on a daily basis and no reply!

Didn't deliver stuff that was paid for an kept telling me it was coming it's in transport even know it was a scam . Lies after lies
