Scam. I placed an order on the 15th February and 3 1/2 months later, no sign of my order.

If I could a negative number of stars I would! These guys are liars & scam artists. Do not pay them any money. We checked the reviews before buying and all was ok - by the time our order ‘disappeared’ all the reviews were bad.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Avoid them at all costs!
I ordered a squat rack on the 7th of Feb and not only has it not arrived, I’ve heard nothing from them. I’ve emailed repeatedly and had nothing back. I would like a refund ASAP.

Ordered before Christmas and have been promised delivery on several occasions. Despite a threat of action, have still not received the order. Having to use the credit card company to pursue a refund

Zero stars. No delivery and no refund. I have now raised this with my bank. If you pay by debit card, you have 120 days from the date of the transaction to claim for ‘goods not received’. Your bank then chases their bank, and Iron Strength will have to refund the money. I was out of pocket by less than £20, but there was no way I was going to let them win. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I only wish I had checked on here before I did.

Order still hadn't arrived months later. Terrible communication. Had to get my credit card company to get my money back. I understand that Covid has caused problems and delays, but Iron Strength should just be honest and say they don't have the items in stock, instead of just taking customers money.

So I ordered plates on the 30th of January and didn’t arrive at all when I was complaining at the end of March. I called them and had requested a refund which was noted that it would take 10 working days and it didn’t, it was mid to end April and I still didn’t receive my money.

To get your refund back claim a payment dispute through your bank if you paid via debit card and visa card and just tell them your experience. Give as much information as you can e.g. how many times you spoke to them, what you were told, how many forms of contact you’ve done and etc. Eventually you might receive your money back. I hope this helps people that have been scammed by this company as I was.

order had to be cancelled and haven't refunded monies owed - had to lodge complaint with the bank for refund.

I ordered items back in February and still have not received it - I suggest you stay away from this on line shop as you will just be robbed.

Never got my order of £269 worth of bumper plates that i ordered back in November 2021. Its now 10th May 2022 and still nothing. Not even a response to my emails. STAY AWAY!

I enquired about a product during Covid, and the associate I spoke to mentioned that the products I want might be a few weeks delayed. Still, I was impressed that the product actually came sooner rather than later.

The only downside is that the Kettlebell I ordered does not have a thin grip, so in terms of comfort for the hand, it's not very convenient, but it does the job.

I would order again!

Ordered in January, never received order. Checked them out on Experian and Ironstrength is just a trade name. The company that owns it has gone out of business (I believe shut down by Trading standards and possibly the police). Luckily I paid by card and got my money back from the bank (Over £2K). If you have paid by debit or credit card, contact your bank. You should get your money back.

They are a scam company profiteering of the pandemic and stealing peoples money - This is a fact.

I think the company might be a con. I ordered a squat rack with a 2 week delivery time. It has now been almost 3 months and it still hasn’t arrived. I have rang them every week to check where it is and every time they say it will arrive next week. That went on for 6 weeks. They now don’t answer my calls and I still don’t have the squat rack.

they never followed through with my order so I requested a refund. You can never get in contact with them and I am still awaiting a refund.

Avoid at all cost!!! Thieves and fraudulent company! I’ve been waiting for my order since January 2021! Ive emailed them numerous times.. asking for refund but they just stop replying. I wish I’ve read these reviews sooner!!

Would give 0 stars if I could, placed a order in January and still not received it. I have been trying 2 call and email, had 1 reply which was in March to say it would be delivered in 10-14 days and still nothing they definitely should not be advertising still as clearly not got anything in stock worse company ever

Still waiting on a bodypump bar from March 21. I've emailed twice asking for an update or a refund... heard absolutely nothing back. Now fearing the worst.

Fraudulent company buyer beware! Still waiting for 2x5kg plates from Feb 2021. They make no effort to contact you or keep you in the loop. They sit on a throne of lies.
