Same old story , happy to keep taking orders and peoples money but won’t refund for cancellation of goods.
Been waiting nearly 3 months .

Everything came straight away and was of good quality

Terrible company! Never again, 2 months after returning items that were delivered after being cancelled and still no refund. Email after email sent no response and no answer when ringing! trading standards and citizens advice informed. Spend your money elsewhere! Complete scam of a company

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY - ITEMS HAVENT ARRIVED AFTER 6 WEEKS, CANNOT GET THROUGH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, LEFT REPEATED MESSAGES ON ANSWER PHONE - NOW REFFERED TO CREDIT CARD COMPANY AS A FRAUD

The plates that I received were well packaged, good quality and do the job! I ordered the non-branded bumper plates and they are still going strong!

Steer clear of these crooks.

I was always told "you get what you pay for' - Not with Ironstrength.co.uk let me tell you.

My Ironstrength timeline:

04/03/21 - order placed for several items.

08/04/21 - Half the order delivered, told the rest would be delivered within 10 days.

17/03/21 - Company email and website down - eventually made contact via telephone and spoke to Simon who told my items were landing on 19/03/21 and would be delivered by 24/03/21.

23/03/21 - Contacted company via telephone and told items could be 4 weeks and therefore I have 3 options. 1- Wait for items to arrive
2 - Look for alternative
3 - Get refund
I decided to get a refund and was told it would take up to 10 working days. I was also emailed with this information.

13/04/21 - emailed chasing my refund as not been made. No reply.

14/04/21 - emailed again and received an automated reply stating company were extremely busy and refunds may take up to 8 weeks.

Since the start of April I have continually attempted to make contact with this company via the telephone. It has not been answered and either rings out or a message informing the mailbox is full and the line goes dead.

27/04/21 - Still no refund!!

My advice - do not use this company at all. Very keen to accept your order and take your money. What you will get in return is anyones guess!

Guys if I could give 0 as a review I would. This company isn’t even worthy of a 1 star.

An absolute shambles of an organisation. I personally don’t like giving negative reviews but this organisation doesn’t deserve anyone’s hard earnt money.

I have been chasing these guys since November 2020 to get my items (weights) delivered. After initially delivering a few items in December I was promised the remaining would be delivered early Jan then Feb and then guess what they’ve gone silent again I have been chasing but can’t even get a response. I call an their phone has been switched off.

Please avoid at all costs there are many other companies which can be used.

Spend your money elsewhere and save the stress. The company is terrible, clear scam. They either don't send you what you've ordered or send you something different.
Near impossible to get in touch with and very difficult to get your money back.

Scam scam any reviews over 2 stars are fake generated by themselves.

You will not get your order.

Awful company. Placed an order at the start of February, the first time I chased I received an email saying it would be sent in two weeks. They have since stopped responding to my further emails and still no order. Do not trust this company and stay away from them.

Just wanted to update yous from my previous review on the 27th of March. I received and email from Molly shortly after to say she would send my order out on that day but that half the order would be 14 days before it was in stock. It has now been a month and neither have came and no replies to any emails. As i said before stay away from this company

Half of my delivery was missing. Message left for Customer Services via email on 17/4/21. I have e received only an auto response to date (24/4). No reply by telephone.

Placed a order in January, was told I’ll have the weights by 14 days, nearly 4 months on still nothing, no reply from all my emails, not answering their phones waste of time. Avoid.

I still have not received my items after many weeks- I have simply been scammed out of a lot of money.

This is my second review on this company. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM.
Following my first reveiw 6 weeks ago in which I explained, like many others, that I had not received my goods that were ordered in January, I was emailed by Molly in customer services. She promised me a refund. I have chased with several emails since and have been met with a wall of silence. No goods and no refund.

SCAM, SCAM SCAM!!!! Ordered in January and still no weights. No response to emails, don't answer the phone, dont get back to you through their website. Going to bank to see if i can get my money back. Wish i had of seen the reviews before i ordered.

Do not use these scam artists. I ordered 2 pairs of weights. Got a dispatch for 1 which came and never received the other. I have tried to call but they don't answer and email but no response. They are thrives

Please do not order with this company. I ordered weights back in Feb and nothing came. No replies to emails then suddenly they pulled down there website and emails started bouncing back. A few weeks passed and I checked again on the off chance and the website has popped back up.. I then contacted them through the website to be told will recieved my refund in 10 working day.... its now 2 month after and I have been told that a refund will take up to 8 weeks..... can't see it. Dont understand how there still trying to sell 'stock' they don't even have but take peoples money.
I also decided to leave this this review more then every because I have seen there's up to day positive reviews that I do not believe for a minute..... dodgy to say the least
