DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I placed an order for Apus BODY PUMP Space Bar Set × 1 on 11 Feb 2021 and still have not received it. I have emailed 5 times and tried to phone numerous times with no response. I too have to go through my bank to get the money back.

I should have read more closely- says bumper plates but when ordering price per plate.

Ordered a curl bar on 30 April 21, hasn’t arrived and no information on when it is likely to be dispatched. Item was in stock when I ordered but I noticed the website shows that it’s no longer in stock. Four email enquiries and no reply. The worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. It would appear that I’ve been ripped off, don’t be the next victim!

Total joke! Only assume those that have given stars on here are being paid to write a good review. Cant access customer service, no sign of the goods, no response to emails and no way of getting money back it seems!! I'm not sure how this is not illegal and being regulated, anyone else any idea how we go about getting this place shut down? DO

Ordered a Kettlebell on 4th April, advised despatched on 6th April (5-7 day delivery). Still not arrived with courier (tracking number not recognised). No response from Iron Strength to calls and emails. Still not arrived on 22nd April. Cancelled order and re-ordering elsewhere. Dreadful. Avoid.

Such a shame, as I have recieved a product from them and the quality is really good. However, their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I was told by one of their employees that they only created the company in Sept 2020 and went from 200 orders a week to 6000. They evidently grew too quickly and couldn't keep up with the orders. In my opinion, they have dealt with things badly since that date, turning off the ability to email them or send them a Facebook msg. They also do not allow you to view others comments on their Facebook posts as they mustn't have wanted the negative publicity. It is now impossible to get hold of them for a refund I am waiting on.

Order a couple of items from Iron Strength. Good price and availabilty made me choose them over other online stores. Quickly despatched items and well packaged. Will use again.......Recommended :)

I ordered from iron-strength back in Nov last year, only part of my order arrived and was told there were stock issues in completing my order. I waited patiently for remaining items to arrived, but months later they still haven't.
I've tried getting in contact many times over the phone and via email but cant get hold of anyone.

Shame I couldn't give this review a zero! Order placed early Jan, no correspondence until I chased it up to be told there was a delay. Promised for delivery 'that week' - never arrived. Cancelled my order on February 22nd and told refund to my credit card within 10 days. Didn't think you could hold onto customer credit card details due to GDPR but happy to be corrected on that. Still no refund! Chased yet again yesterday and got automated email saying 8 weeks to get a refund. What a joke!!

Squat rack came quickly (about 4 days) and was simple to assemble, it’s sturdy and great addition to a home gym! Definitely recommend!

Won't beat around the bush do not use, I placed an order January worth £1800!!!!! I've still not received my order neither have I received a refund. Not only that I've not even received any correspondence at all not even one email. Nothing they have stolen my money and gone

Do not order from this company it is appalling. They haven’t delivered my order which was placed in January and have failed to process a refund.
I have reported to CAB, Trading Standards and my bank.

Shocking. This company still have not managed to deliver an order from January. Occasionally I get a response saying that it has been prioritised and should arrive in 3-5 days. Then a week passes, and nothing.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I cannot for one minute believe the positive reviews. I placed my order in December, for an olympic bar and two complete sets of weights. After weeks of chasing the bar arrived, but no weights. Then weeks more, one set of weights and then another set of incorrect weights. They promise they will put things right but don't. Cannot get through to customer services. So I went through new sales option, and when I said I was calling about an existing order they hung up. Seriously don't touch them with a barge pole!!!!!

The absolute worst customer service. Purchased weights from them a month ago, cheap quality hence why I wanted a refund. I emailed 6 times before someone got back to me. They were meant to arrange someone to come and collect the items, it’s been a month and still no updates from the company. I constantly write to them and no one gets back to me. Rude staff. Really bad quality. My first and last time shopping with them

I've made an order on Iron strength, and I was pleasantly surprised when they phoned me to inform me about the delayed deliveries. As it was imperative for me to get my kit soon because I was in a middle of a prep when the lockdown hit, the friendly customer support person by the name of Adam suggested replacement items that could be delivered much quicker. The items arrived within days and I was able to continue without much disruption. I can really say my customer experience was excellent ! The items are as described and even though they are not what I originally had in mind, I have had no issues with them and am very happy with my home gym setup. A big thank you to Adam and Iron Strength for getting me through lockdown prep ! :)
