I can confirm Iron-Strength is a legit company, because some of my original orders did arrive. HOWEVER, I guess they're mainly drop-shipping (taking orders for stock they don't hold, along with your money, and then relying on someone else to fulfil them). I had to source my equipment elsewhere after literally months of false promises, a bit like the taxi which is just around the corner! Obtaining a refund has led to the same false promises, over and over. My fear is they've spent our money! If they had any integrity or interest in building a genuine long-term business, they wouldn't take any new orders until they had met refund requests. I expect they got carried away with the influx of lock-down inspired business! I was sympathetic at first, but now I'm out of patience. Shocking service which hopefully the banks and Trading Standards will start to intervene.

Ordered some weights and squat stands beginning of Feb (£200+), was told two weeks, chased and told another 2-3 weeks. Here we are 10 weeks later and nothing. When you ring it goes to voice mail and says mailbox full. I suspect it is a scam and I was never going to receive the goods. As suggested by other reviewers will try alternative method to recover money.

I ordered my gym equipment in mid December 2020. Only one item turned up on the 24th. I have chased, called, emailed, complained for my remaining items, which has still not turned up. I have asked for a refund on my remaining items as it’s now mid April 2021, still no response!
Do not use!

Iron Strength you are a disgrace and I feel sorry for all those hard working staff members you employ who have to face into the feedback from customers who trusted the company to deliver goods that have been paid for in good faith.

I urge anybody who is considering purchasing from Iron Strength to think very hard about the purchase decision and then move on and buy from another retailer. This company MUST be investigated by UK Enforcement Services, HRMC and Companies House - failure to do so will render many more honest paying and hard working customers out of pocket.

On the 17 January 2021 we ordered LOOP 12 along with extra for speedy deliver - total cost of order £590.99. At the point of order it was suggested that a 3 week delivery window could be expected. As I write today (20 April 2021) we have not received the item!

Communication with Iron Strength has been awful...never responding to my emails or calls and when I final get to talk to someone it results in failed promises, appeasement and no action.

Iron Strength did deliver an item which was nothing like that which was ordered on 4 February. This was immediately followed by an email and numerous attempts of calls saying that it was the wrong item and to arrange collection and a full refund. As you can guess already, no refund or acknowledgment.

So after some 4 months and paying £600 in good faith to Iron Strength we find ourselves in a situation where we can get nobody to respond to us, we are left with an item we have absolutely no use for and all plans to get it retuned fall on deaf ears, we still await our ordered item or full refund to be issued.

This company is in breach of trading regulations, in breach of its own terms and conditions and is taking hundreds of customers for granted. This cannot and must not be allowed to continue and I urge all those that have had a similar interaction to log an official complaint with UK enforcement.

Following my last review of this appalling company somebody from their so-called customer service team contacted me and assured me my products would be with me in 2 weeks. Surprise surprise they didn’t arrive. I contacted them to cancel the order on 26th March.....I received a confirmation email that my money has been refunded but guess what no refund!! When I tried to call them it just says their messages are full. This company is a SCAM.

This is not a service this is robbery and a scam. Please I implore you not to use this company to purchase any goods.

After ordering and chasing for over 12 weeks for delivery that was promised within 2 weeks, I cancelled the order as I had no other option. No one would pick up the phone to discuss so there was no alternative.

Now after multiple emails without response (other than an automated refund acceptance email saying funds would be repaid within 10 days) over a month has passed with no refund and no further verbal or email correspondence no matter how hard I try. It is theft simple as that.

Please do not get scammed like I have and avoid at all costs

I wish I'd checked Trust Pilot before ordering with this company - like most other people, I've found them really terrible. For a start, my order was never dispatched. Whenever I managed to get through to someone on the phone or via email they would say they were waiting on a stock delivery and it would definitely be no later than another 7-10 working days. After two months of this I'd had enough and cancelled the order - they said they would refund me, which can take up to 10 working days to go through, but promised they would expedite because I had already been waiting for so long for the products. 15 working days later and I still haven't had my money back - and they're now saying it could be 8 weeks. I fear I may never get a refund (although I plan to go through the consumer ombudsman if that's the case). Their customer service is terrible as well, it's basically pot luck whether someone answers the phone or responds to an email. Avoid like the plague - it's really not worth it to order from here.

I am owed quite alot of money at present and have not been able to reach anyone for over 2 weeks.

I placed my order on the 2nd February, it was finally dispatched on the 8th March. After two weeks of waiting on the delivery I contacted Tuffnells who informed me that they never had my parcel from Iron Strength. I kept trying to contact Iron Strength, on one very lucky occasion someone decided to answer! He advised me that it had been lost by Tuffnells and that he would investigate and get back to me by EOB that day or the following morning. I never heard back!

I have been calling them everyday for the past 3 weeks and never managed to get hold of anyone.

If I cannot get hold of them this week I will be passing this on to the Trading Standards for them to deal with. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Received my order back in January it was uncompleted. I've been going backwards and forwards with emails and phone calls. All of the staff are useless no help at all it's so misleading. I've requested a refund after all this time and I was told it's going to take another 10 days I was told back in March, think about that for a second January, February, March now we are in April still nothing. It's disgraceful!!

I wish I could put pictures up because the order was left at my door in such a state holes where bolts and screws had fallen out along with tape literally hanging off the box.

I have slowly come to terms that nothing is going to be done about my order.
So therefore I'm taking it to trading standards.

Iron Strength is not their trading name , Its Sunbeds Services ltd and although formed in Jan 2019 they haven’t filed accounts Companies House state they are overdue. I served them with papers after realising they didn't care and found out I should have taken action against Sunbeds Services Ltd.

Avoid like the plague! I placed an order beginning of January & paid for it - received lots of delivery promises. Cancelled it in March and received promise of refund. Now mid April and still no refund. This is for an order over £1000 !! Thieves and scam artists.

Avoid this company. They are very happy to take money, avoid delivering your product, brilliant at excuses and don’t refund. I have been waiting months for a weights set and now that I have requested a refund they just keep stating 10 days; latest email states 8 weeks! I assume they are preparing to to liquidise to avoid paying all debts. Disgusting scammers. Shame on them!

Ordered a squat rack mid Feb with promise of 2 week delivery. Every time I chased order I was told 10-14 days. After 3rd chase email they stopped replying.

Have started the process of chargeback through my bank as I imagine it’s the only way I’ll get my money back.
