Ordered a barbell and some hand weights. Delivery was really quick and really good products! The hand weights I originally picked were out of stock and customer service contacted me to arrange suitable other ones! I feel this company has got bad press due to issue with covid orders but they have gotten better and I would 100% purchase from them in the future.

No product turned up after 2 months emailed them they told 10 working days that passed asked again where is my product generic reply 10 working days. Asked to cancel refund will be in account 10 working days that passes ask again no reply. Absolute shower of sh#t.

The last two orders have been phenomenal in respect of speed and despatch. The one before wasn’t so good but the team didn’t ignore me and were obviously doing their best. I would use them again.

Came really quickly, got exactly what I wanted, no problems at all, would definitely recommend👌

Customer service is very poor, never answer emails or phone calls, have been chasing an order for weeks, and not heard anything.

The photo and description on the website listed 'No Logo bumpers' but these are the same as the 'Iron-Strength Olympic Hi Temp Black Bumper Plates' with Logo's but without the Hi Temp finish on the bumper plate exterior. Also the width of the bumpers is very very wide, 40% wider than a typical set of 15kg bumper plates.
Value for money wise my rating is 6/10. In hindsight I should have chosen the 'Iron-Strength Olympic Hi Temp Black Bumper Plates' as these would have been much better value for money.

Reliable company, got my order within days.

Ordered two 5kg plates and two 10kg dumbbells in NOVEMBER. The plates came within a fortnight, no dumbbells though. I’ve spoken to 3 members of the team and been told my dumbbells will be sent out immediately on numerous occasions. Going to need to go down the refund route. Extremely disappointed.

I placed an order with Iron Strength for a Kettlebell and a Gym Mat back in January. Still hasn’t arrived. I’ve sent numerous emails to customer services to find out what has happened to my order, surprise, no response.

Have had no choice other than to raise it as a fraudulent transaction with my bank.

From my experience and that of many others I would seriously avoid this company.

Placed an order mid February to be delivered in 10 working days. Didn’t arrive, when I called them they said they had stock issues but could send the same equipment in a different colour that would arrive in another 10 working days - that didn’t arrive either. Called them again to find out they had more stock issues, I asked for refund which they accepted. Didn’t get any money, emailed them and was told they’d had an issue processing the refund and it would be treated as priority. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND OVER 2 MONTHS LATER, NO ANSWERS FROM EITHER PHONE CALLS OR EMAIL. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM

Quality was good, delivery on time... but box was a bit battered and bruised.

Fake company selling products they don't have and hoping you'll give up trying to get your money back. No idea how this lockdown scam hasn't been shut down yet. My order from FIVE MONTHS AGO never arrived!

Ignore the sudden influx of positive reviews - they are back to paying for fake reviews again (Please report to Trustpilot).

Absolutely useless and pathetic company. After numerous calls and emails chasing my refund for a order that was never in stock but still took my money, I've just received another email saying that refund can take up to 8 weeks. Please, please, please avoid this company for your own good.

disgusting. It's coming up to 9 weeks since i ordered my items. still nothing. They do not respon d to emails or answer the phones, however out the blue one day they rang me to say 'their shipment was late' which is the reason the delay, however they said it would arrive that week. That was 3 weeks ago, i've tried to ring and email since to ask for a refund (after waiting almost 9 weeks i'm well within my right to assume its not getting delivered) however they are not responding.

It's exhausting chasing a company for your money, and i assume they just hope you'll quit and let them keep it. I have no idea how these people sleep at night.

Regardless of the good reviews you see on here, which i can almost guarantee are fake, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is not worth the hassle.

Terrible company. Placed an order nearly 3 months ago that has not arrived. Contacted both customer service and refunds team via email, telephone and direct messaging on Instagram with no response for months. No refund received, no product received. This is a scam.

Discovered this company during lockdown and have been really impressed. Decent price’s, quick delivery time -what more do you want?

I recently purchased a set of 15kg hi temp plates after spending months searching the internet for a reasonable offer.

The plates are a rubber crumb but slightly thicker than expected. The collars are plastic which slide into the bar really easily. Time will tell how durable they are following repetitive cleans or snatch.

So far very pleased with my purchase, delivery was very prompt and good communication. Just need the hex dumbbells to be sold as pairs instead of a bundle and I’ll be purchasing from Iron Strength again.

No refund, it's been a month! Ordered 23rd February. £950 for a cross trainer with a couple of weeks delivery. It never came, the company didn't answer calls and emails were returned. I cancelled about a month ago having found a telephone number on another review that did pick up. A refund was promised within 10 days and an email acknowledgement received. A month later, I've chased but still no refund. I'm terrified I've lost my money and worry this is a scam company?! (I'll remove this review when I get my refund.)
