An unforgettable holiday in Paris
From the moment we started to plan our trip to Paris Last Minute made everything so easy. Hard to believe that at 71(me) and 67(my wife) had never flown to go on holiday before. The booking was easy and the communication was clear and concise. When we asked to have passenger assistance for my wife it was immediately arranged for Glasgow, Heathrow and Paris CDG airports and I must say the service provided at all 3 was exemplary, as was the taxi service provided by SamWay travel.
The hotel Louvre Bon Enfants situated 3 minutes from the Louvre and surrounded by cafes and restaurants was ideal and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating.
The entire holiday was a joy and we have no hesitation in recommending Last Minute to everyone who thinks of using the service.

Our hotel was great
Our hotel was great - however due to a "electronic check-in" me and my friends were stuck at an un-manned reception desk at half 11 at night, trying to find a code to check in with. Another guest fortunately was able to inform us that we should've received an email from the hotel with a code prior to the stay which had not arrived with me, as the only options suggested at the desk were Expedia and booking.com. Not sure what caused the breakdown in communication here, but surprised I wasn't sent this code by lastminute.

Crappy service
Crappy service. I tried booking and my ticket was not confirmed and you took my money since 2weeks and I never got my money back. I will never advise anyone to use lastminute , both the process and staffs are not helpful. You took over 2,000€ for a booking that you never issued me a ticket for and yet you claimed you never took the money. Get me my refund.
