Good enough, but some errors..
I'm a member of Privalia (now Veepee) since many years. The products in their catalog are usually good and well made, with several very good brands. My critical observations are related to their "very long delivery times", and the additional cost of shipping that I do not have to pay with one of the "most famous competitor". Even though I choose a collection point as a delivery option, the additional cost is always applied. Furthermore, I must point out that in some cases I was delivered a product "slightly" different from the one originally ordered. As example, a pair of Sneaker shoes of a certain type, arrived in a different color. I kept them because I liked them, but above all to avoid engaging to the return procedure...This in my opinion becomes a very serious defect, because the customer cannot realize a mistake until opening the package.

Perfect for beautiful gifts
Privalia is my first destination when having to make gifts; their selection of top brands is impeccable and the products usually end up being even better than I first thought of. If there was one thing I would change, I would love them to publish longer descriptions of the items.

Unreliable…
waited 3 weeks to receive the products and in the end one of the two packages had all the plates broken. It is the second time this has happened, unreliable, I suggest not to buy fragile products. I do not think I will buy here again.

Delivery time unacettable...
The products are normally good and well done. But in my opinion the delivery time are unaccetable!!! The most famous competitor deliver the product in 24/48h, with Privalia you dont know exactly when its will arrive (usually not less than 3/4 weeks)... it's assolute an item that have dramaticaly to improve!!!

Before the merger with VEEPEE, it was better, at least for the customers.
The service was significantly better and of higher quality (in terms of service, pricing, and variety) before the merger with VEEPEE. It’s unfortunate that this merger occurred. I’ve been ordering much less frequently since then. I hope that one day Privalia can return to a better standard of service, variety, and delivery prices. Best regards

I used to be a good customer for Privalia, but my last experience was negative!
I bought an expensive item - the courier left the package on a walll outside the house, my neighbour found it, and hand this over to me when I have arrived at home fate being away - I open the package and the size was not the correct one - at least two size more- and the quality was bad - the jacket I bought is quite expensive. I wrote an email immediately and try to return but I have been told I had only 14 days to do so.
part form the fact that I believe under EU law 14 days are not acceptable especially if the item you bought is a fault one.
But I wrote my email on the 14 day of receiving the item.
As far as i am concerned they lost a client - poor service indeed.

I have bought from privalia a few times…
I have bought from privalia a few times (bags, clothes, skin care products), overall I have had a good experience.
My only complaint is that there is almost no information on items, few pictures and hardly any details. I always have to find the item on another site to get specifications. Sometimes you have to wait until the sale ends and then everything is shipped but that information is pretty easy to see.

Customer service to be improved
Oh my god i had never had such a hard time contacting customer service or getting a refund from any company in my entire life how it is with privalia. I ordered a product composed of two parts and it arrived with one part was missing. I wrote to them right away and was offered a partial refund if i was to keep it or a full refund if i returned it, i chose to return it since i didn’t need half a product obviously. After about a month they refund me partially retaining 7€ and sostaining that the return was voluntary and not because the product was defective. I sent them more than one email explaining that the product arrived with one part missing and not because i wanted to return it on my behalf. To this day we go back and forth with them claiming the return was voluntary, and me trying to explain that half the product was missing. Seems talking to a wall.. and they respond once a week…For a friggin 7 € …🤦♀️

Disappointing!
When you know what to order you can get lucky. But if you need to return something, even as Premium customer you pay 7€ for a small package! That is a very high price considering these days it’s normal to return things for free.
Privalia made a mistake about my shipping status, they never changed it on the app, and I couldn’t return my item until I came back home after vacation…
I am very disappointed about the customer service and the little flexibility after they were not reliable.
So my advice, don’t think you can save here, it works only if you know the product 100%.

- Never got my order

- Many hours waisted on my side, trying to somehow contact anyone
Whole story for anyone interested below:
I ordered something an paid for it and it never arrived. So obviously I contacted the customer support who, if you ask me an automated message, told me, that I have to contact the vendor. So I wrote another message, that I was not able to contact the seller. (Obviously again very uncomfortably through the contact form, because answering to an email is NOT possible) and got another automated reply, stating that I have to click a button in the order review, which is not there. The button can not be found !!! I sent them a screenshot, but never got a reply. So what am I supposed to do!? I cannot contact Privalia, I cannot contact the vendor I literally have no possibility to get to my order. No one will reply or help me. So paid for nothing.

Iam very disappointed from this service I still waiting to do a return item is about a month already, I called 5 times and reprogrammed 4 times and nobody do anything. At this point I will never buy in Privalia and I will tell my friends to don’t buy in Privalia
