£432 to replace a Yale lock, shared my personal information and turned up at my property without my permission.

A telephone quote to replace a Yale lock was £49 call out & Labour and locks start at £20. So I asked them to come out and fix the lock.

The work it took 45mins and they charged us £432, to replace a Yale lock.

£75 call out
£179 labour (for 45mins work)
£106 Yale lock that retails online for £56!
£72 VAT

Appalling overcharging. Avoid at all costs!

I have called twice to discuss the invoice and they have refused to discuss it and they have not returned my calls as promised.
