Always great talking to these guys , they sort my issue out straight away. Leigha was especially great help today , she resolved the problem with my payment date swiftly and kindly :) thanks again . I’ve been using them for over two years , and I use them for 3pets now . The flea stuff is great and I love how it gets posted to me each month it’s so easy.

I really don’t like leaving negative reviews but I have been waiting over three weeks now for my delivery despite chasing again a week ago. It may be down to courier service but I haven’t received any dispatch notification either 🙄

We had an infestation from taking the dogs to the allotment, tried the main brands but these did not work and was a complete waste of money and time. Then I found itch on google and thought for £20 a month for two dogs is cheap enough wasn’t holding up much hope however it has worked seems like we have killed the cycle etc .. this needs to be kept on top of though so it works out £5 week for us for two dogs which is obviously worth it

The product works, which can't be said for other pet health companies products. The online ordering and delivery systems work really intuitively and punctually. And the service is overall a pleasant experience.

Nothing went wrong at all
Nothing went wrong at all. I’m no longer a customer. I contacted you some time ago and explained that your flea/tick/mite pipettes did not appear to work on my dog. It was just one of those things so I stopped any further products being delivered. Nothing whatsoever to do with the quality of your product.
