Firstly, my order cannot complete after I have paid because your payment system is not working all the time. Secondly, my order went missing and I have waited for three weeks for my cpu to arrive. Thirdly, the cpu is bought from China. Luckily I am Asian and it’s easier for me to get it fixed if it has any problem. But for this price and you gave me product from China without specifically states on the website making it like a scam although it is authentic. Generally, this is one of the worst online shopping experience I have in the uk. Even though your staff James was helpful, it is still an awful experience.

After being initially drawn in by their competitive pricing, the checkout process was smooth and my order arrived very quickly. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely use their website again in future!

A little bit nervous about buying from a company I hadn't heard of before. Excellent price compared to the high street and usual online shops. Arrived far quicker than expected and kept informed at each stage - couldn't ask for more and would be happy to recommend Itechs

Amd Cpu took about a week to arrive but the prices were the best in the UK. As others have pointed out the item was packaged for a Chinese Market but i can confirm it was 100% genuine. Felt like a bit of a gamble but they did provide a professional service and I would order PC parts from them again

To start I will explain what happened and then what has been done by itechs. So I made an order a week and a half ago on their site and I paid for my order using skrill and my credit card.

I was charged for the transaction but my order didn't go through on the site. This has happened before on other sites so I contacted their sales email and they informed me the next day they have my order and are processing it so all is good and should expect my item within 3 days. Should point out at this stage I wasn't given an order number or tracking number of any kinda.

After a week from this email from the sales team I contacted them again and asked for an update on my order and for at least an order ID or tracking ID so I can track my order and progress. After a few days from that email I am yet to get a response.

Honestly I kinda feel at this stage that I have been scammed. I have been charged for an item and after initial contact have received nothing from the company but still been charged for my order.

At this point I simply want either my order or a refund which ever is possible.

I wouldn't recommend using this site even if the prices are pretty good at this point from my experience. I hope the company sees this and try and resolve the issue because I don't want to go through my credit card company to get the money back but at this rate it I will most likely give them a couple of days to respond to this before taking that route.

It's been 10 days now since I ordered the JBL speaker and no sign or dispatch or shipping.
Unlike some I got a confirmation email but nothing since and have tried to contact itechs but with no response.
I'll update this review when I have more news....

Ordered a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU from them works great, it came 9 days after order. Although their customer service isn’t the best and if you have concerns or want to know when its going to be delivered you will have to email them a few times. If you are concerned why its cheaper than usual it’s because the box/instructions are in Chinese so i’m assuming it has been bought for cheaper in China and sold on.

Came earlier than expected. Pristine quality of product, nothing to complaint about. Also offered the best price the could find when compared to other sites. Definitely checking this site in the future when buying tech

My order was shipped and delivered very fast, it was all is it should have been and it was a great price.
