Which did worry me but after three days I got notification my delivery was being shipped it was all good
So I would recommend them

Impossible to contact their customer service prior to delivery

Although I didn't receive a response to my email, the order went through (eventually) and I received my Apple TV in good time. Great price for a great product!

Do not purchase anything for this fraudulent company!! No confirmation of the order, bogus text saying your order has been dispatched. A tracking number is provided on that text for Yodel but there is no movement with the said order. The tracking status remains at, With Third Party and in transit to Yodel. I have tried to contact ITECHS.UK through the only means of contact, an email address but they are unresponsive. Their website has now gone blank.

Well I didn’t know at first what my buying would be like but I am so happy with me purchase from itechs but I am so pleased there communication was great they kept me informed of the delivery right to my door well done I will use again 5 star.

Product was as expected, good price and came in good time. Appears to be some website glitches; no conformation and no customer service and I had to contact by e-mail. Once these are sorted would recommend.

Cheap prices but no confirmation email and customer service is wasnt working when trying to get in contact. Paid for fast delivery charge but item didn’t arrive before the 3 days

Itechs says i can pay with PayPal but when checking out no PayPal payment available. 🤔

Arrived within 3 days in perfect condition. No problems at all.

Payment taken, but item still in basket. No confirmation of product by e-mail. Won't click through as says duplicate reference number.

Customer service keeps crashing so no way of contacting them.

Update: so product arrived in good time, royal mail tracked with good notifications. Their website needs fixing, don't know what would of happened if I hadn't contacted them, but all turned out ok, good price.

Got a good price compared to other outlets, but the shipping was a tad expensive. Still overall a good deal though.

Sadly there were some problems with the website, where after payment it looked like the order didn't complete, which was quite concerning. Luckily customer support came back to me quickly and reassured me the package would be dispatched the next day, which it did! Happy with the quick turnaround.

Item arrived speedily and in perfect condition. Great price too. Would definitely use again.

Ordered MacBook air on Wednesday morning and it arrived Saturday morning - can't fault the speed of delivery or price.

Genuine website. Ordered MacBook on 1st September, it was delivered on 4th. I did not get order confirmation sent to my email and thought this is a scam considering price tag on the laptop that usually cost £100-150 more. I sent an email to customer service and it was quickly picked up with regular updates on my order. Happy customer :)

Great price and quick
Ordered Sony headphones and received in 2 days, well packaged for delivery and with legit Royal Mail tracking information. Item is new, in sealed wrapping and with all official documents, cables etc. 30% cheaper than anywhere else
I did hesitate thinking "too good to be true" but so pleasantly surprised I wrote this review : )

Great price, and very quickly despatched, even despite that it was ordered on a bank holiday. Love the headphones! Will definitely consider Itechs in the future.

Not providing me refund even though product has been returned. They have stopped relying to emails. Have had to contact credit card.

A Chinese owned company that only registered with companies House July 2021 with an investment of £1000 and say they have processed over 100,000 order since we started operating in 2007 ?? It doesn't ring true to me. Pop up offered 50% off 1st order. I will shop elsewhere.
