Good. But I couldn't find the original packing of the WD HDD. This is what is lacking in your service. Any how the product is safe and no damages to HDD. This was clarified by one of the customer service executive that the product was received by IT Hunt in a bulk packing of 10-20 pieces and so that no retail packing could be found. Good after sales support and quick response to my review. Thank you for your support and keep this attitude customer service always.

As we discussed on call WD Surveillance Hard Drive don't come with outer retail packing and we get them as bulk packing of 10/20 PCs in a single box.
