The product was delivered fine. Packaging was OK. Customer support was wiling to answers questions.
There were two negatives at the time of writing this review:
1. They do not take any responsibility for DOA product as per their policy. You have to contact RMA centers.
2. Their policy mentions no responsibility after shipment is picked up/sent from their side.

They have told me that they would work on their polices.

Absolutely amazing seller!!, ordered a sapphire 6900xt toxic extreme for my gaming pc and got it at the lowest price and express delivery. Product was shipped the same day of placing order and got it within 5 days, packing was excellent and the card arrived in immaculate condition.
