I ordered a dress cutting it quite close to the event I planned to wear it to.
I reached out to the company the day after ordering it to ask questions about potentially expediting delivery.
I got a response barely 20 minutes later. While they were unable to make the process go faster, I was highly impressed with the response.
The dress arrived just on time for the event, and it was absolutely everything I'd hoped it would be. I got so many compliments and the dress made me feel so beautiful.

Didn’t keep, but would shop again.
I didn’t end up keeping anything that I ordered, the fit just wasn’t right. But I will say the customer service and shipping/returns was seamless. The quality of the products was very good, very fashionable, the sizing is quite skewed, runs extremely small in certain areas and large in others. I would buy from them again because they make shipping and returns a breeze, and they have so many beautiful designs.

Very disappointed — ignored my request and now I’m left without a dress for my event
I ordered a dress from Itsmilla.com that was shown as available to ship. I specifically chose it because it wasn’t labeled as made-to-order like others. After purchasing, I was surprised to learn it still had to be produced before shipping — something that wasn’t made clear at checkout.
I contacted customer service immediately to explain the urgency and requested expedited shipping before the dress was shipped. They didn’t honor my request or offer a solution. Instead, they shipped it standard — which means the dress will arrive after my event.
When I asked for help, they simply said there was nothing they could do and referred me to fine print in the confirmation email. That’s not transparency — that’s bad customer service.
Now I’m stuck with a dress I’ll never wear and scrambling last-minute to find something else. I expected better and won’t be shopping here again.

The dress looks exactly like in the pictures and it arrived sooner than anticipated. The quality of the dress is really good and the dress true to size. I'm 165cm /52kg and XS is perfect.
I was worried it will not arrive in time and the customer service was incredibly nice and helpful.
