Dream it, tell him and take it!

Attila is truly not just a video maker! He materializes your dreams! He has a great sense to “read out” the background information while you are discussing the details of the task, regardless the topic of the video. It is an unbelievably rare and special trait and just few of us have this! In a field where he works, you must have such a thing!

I would never give five stars for a service because it must have a reason and I am very strict and sometimes demanding person. However, after watching the videos that Attila made for me, I cannot resist! It`s a definite five stars from me!

Shocking

Shocking. I ordered in good faith and was given a definite delivery day. I’ve waited in all day and nothing. I managed to contact them by phone and was assured they were out on delivery - obviously not true! As what I have ordered is perishable it will be useless tomorrow unless the re-freeze. The one star was a slip of the finger it should have been none.

I must be the lucky few.

Placed order as I thought what a steal for the price aware they were closing down.

Got an email to say they are unable to meet my delivery requirement but agreed to rebook 2 days later. (Missed one email of communication return but that’s okay as time passes)

Used apc as delivery so was very nervous as depot is miles away so was h sure whether item would be delivered but they listened to my instructions on order and delivered exactly where I wanted.

Food/ smoothies look good not tried yet but happy bunny so far.

Knocked of 1 star for the delivery date change and missing one email reply!

Update: smoothies and food good value for money. Taste good!

Excellent Food Disappointing incomplete Order

First order done on Black Friday 3 items missing, instant response, refund issued , second order 5 items missing, instant response awaiting refund, aware now they are closing, but I wouldn’t order again, on a positive note the food was OUTSTANDING

Company is closing and they don’t care about fixing anything

I Ordered and paid for turkey and all the trimmings(sprouts, potatoes, carrots etc etc) for two separate Christmas dinners that I had to make for my family. The items were due to arrive on Friday 20 th.
I had a Christmas dinner to make on sat 21st for family members working in the NHS on Christmas Day , and Christmas Day meal for the 25th for other family members.
The items arrived on Monday 23rd, 2 days too late , defrosted and no use 😢😢
I couldn’t shop on the Saturday due to a lack of transport and funds already spent.
Spoke to Nisha on Monday who said “ the delivery company we used have let us down on some orders”.
Let me down.....we had no Christmas dinner 😢
She said she would refund the items and I asked about some sort of good will offer....”no”, said Nisha , “our company is closing at the end of Dec, I can’t help you”.
What not even a free replacement meal please ? I asked , “No” said Nisha. Really poor customer care

Sadly disappointed

I had my first ordering experience with thyme on Friday. It was well packaged and I was happy with the look of what arrived BUT and it is a big but I was not happy to find a large number of items missing and with no annotation to indicate that was the case. I emailed on Friday and I accepted that maybe they do not work weekends, however, when I called this morning to enquire the lady was casual and blatantly unconcerned. ‘I will refund you as they are out of stock’ was literally all I received apart from a ‘oh didn’t we put a message in’. Very much a wham bam thank you for your money brigade. Cannot recommend even if their food is wonderful. Sad really

Very little notice of crucial items being out of stock

I ordered a while ago from Thyme and the service was good. This time, the order was for Christmas and I made it in early November, thinking that I had everything covered. Christmas dinner in this house is complicated as there is a veggie a vegan and two omnivores, so I was pleased to have catered for everyone - or so I thought.

I got en email to say that the turkey crowns I ordered were out of stock ‘ because of popular demand’, which rubbed salt in the wound. Why were the crowns that I ordered weeks ahead not set aside for me, but sold to others? Surely everyone would want them at Christmas, so a sudden rush is no excuse.

My order arrived with a replacement turkey joint, which is going to throw my cooking plans because of its size, and a lot of the other items were badly packed for frozen food. Potato bites were in a plastic tray will a cellophane lid that had burst, so the contents had freezer burn. Several other items were partially defrosted, and the order arrived 3 hours early with no warning, so would have been worse if I had not happened to be in.

I haven’t eaten anything yet, but I am disappointed with the way this has gone, and will not be ordering again. Their ads are about convenience, but the reverse has been true on this occasion.

I placed an order for Christmas

I placed an order for Christmas, at least 35% of the order not received and with no explanation. Phoned the number on my receipt numerous times through the day, no answer. Sent a message on Messenger, no response. Eventually got through to a rather patronising lady who wouldn’t let me speak, kept interrupting me and didn’t seem to think that a quick note with the order to explain that items that I had ordered were now out of stock, could have just made the customer experience that bit better. To conclude, the lady then stated that they would not be getting anymore stock in to back fill orders as the company “is closing anyway” in early 2020!

No answer for floaty food...

I gave this company the benefit of the doubt and ordered from them again this year ( last year all the bits that made Christmas Lunch interesting ..including the Christmas pudding went missing and too late to replace and no one to contact). This year I bought meals in their sale and some extra sprouts and cranberry sauce. They have just arrived with the sprouts and sauce missing, an ice pack has melted and split ...soaking all the boxes and I have had a poor conversation with customer services. They have refunded the bits that were missing but then said they were a small company, rushed off their feet etc etc. So are we all at this time of year which is why we rely on companies to help us out...not make extra work for the customer. Admittedly it’s only sprouts and sauce so I can cope with that ...but poor packing and customer services I don’t enjoy.

The Customer Service here is poor!

No surprise to see the reviews here stink. Having dealt with the poorly trained customer service representative Nisha at ItsThyme, I would suggest you save your money and go elsewhere. Argumentative, belligerent, and inadequately educated in customer service. They had a discount offer on their website, so when I made the order, it didn't work. But they advertised it, so I made the order and emailed them afterwards to retrosoectively award the discount THEY advertised. They refused and the consequent dialogue and communication experience was beyond poor. I insisted on a full refund and am only too happy to see that countless others think they're shoddy too. Nisha should go to a Customer Service school as she knows nothing about good will and false advertising morality.

Great Product, Awful Service.

I contacted them and they said they had to replace some due to stock and would send out the missing items.

I still haven't received them. Judging by the rest of the reviews, I probably never will.

Delicious meals

Really confused with these reviews as I’m a very critical person and Thyme meals are the best precooked meals I’ve ever tried in my life. They have obviously made some huge improvements since their last reviews on here so I encourage you to give them a try

Really Awful Experience

Ordered a Vegetarian Christmas Lunch For Two. They not only sent a dish containing bacon, but missed out another dish entirely. Phoned to complain and they offered to send out replacement items to be received the following day. The replacements were not delivered the following day or, indeed, the day after that. Sent an email to ask after the replacement items, which was ignored. Ended up phoning to complain and they told me they had no record of the replacements being sent. By this point, it was Christmas Eve and too late to do anything. They 'generously' offered to refund me £6.50 for the items that I never received from them, which was nothing more than they were legally required to do anyway. Incredibly shoddy service and I would not recommend.

Hit and miss

Although some of the stuff is tasty, it's often very dry and need much longer in the microwave than the packet says. We loved the potato chilli bites but the second time we had them they were black inside and we couldn't eat them 😞

I was given a delivery date of yesterday. Waited in all day and received nothing. Waited in all day today, still nothing. No one answers the emails I sent and no one answers the phones. I wouldn't even have given it 1 star but there was no rating for no star.

I have to say that these meals have been very mediocre

I have to say that these meals have been very average, we have been trialling the vegan and vegetarian boxes. A few good meals but the rest pretty bland. The cooking times are totally off what is recommended so everything needs another 30%.
Not sure I would buy again as there are better offerings out there. I’m glad we bought with a special offer code otherwise I’d have been really disappointed.

Blandest smoothies

Ordered their vegan smoothie box as it was on offer for just £10. Well it was £10 wasted. The items arrived completed defrosted and had leaked everywhere. The portion sizes of fruit were a joke - not enough for 250ml of milk - even mixed with one of the Pulsin protein powders and the flavour was so bland. As for the pulsin protein powders - highly disappointed again - I haven't tried the plain one yet but not at all hopeful as the chocolate was tasteless enough. Won't be ordering from them again.

I tried my first dish of chicken pie…

I tried my first dish of chicken pie for Sunday lunch and myself and my family were very disappointed. Firstly the instructions said to cook on gas mark 4 for 55 minutes which I followed. The pie actually tok 1.5 hours to cook and that was with me turning up the gas temperature. The pastry lid was soggy and still raw even after all this time. When plating up the filling looked very runny and unappealing with hardly any chicken. There was also not enough portions for four people, and pastry lid was very small. My son described the filling looking like like cat sick! For the cost of the pie I was expecting a much higher standard and something like I would make at home, lots of chicken and veg in the filling and lots of pastry and bigger. I do hope the other three products will not be as bad.
