Had to wait 3 months for the shoes to get to me but to be fair when I wrote to them they did reply but they just said don't worry you will get your shoes. Unfortunately they do NOT FIT! So if you are going to buy a pair make sure you get them a size or 2 bigger than normal as these shoes are a small make. Sending them back for a bigger size will never happen it took 3 months to get them in the first place I would hate to know how long I would have to wait if I returned them. So I spent £30 on a pair of shoes I cant wear!

I never received my order. I bought a pair of shoes in April and until now I do not have it. We are in July. They just take money from you. I do not know how to recover my money back.

I have written email after email to this company because I hadn’t received my goods. This morning I received a package with 2 pairs of shoes. They are certainly not Skechers, they smell awful and the sole inside feels like a load of stones are lining the shoe. Complete waste of money.

Awful. Ordered shoes, thought I'd been scammed as didn't hear or see anything for 3 months. Tried to get in touch via email, it took them another 2 weeks for them to reply to which they said 'your order was on the way' , that was it. Still nothing for another 2 months. I did actually receive the shoes today but they are the wrong size. Not sure I can be bothered to chase up a replacement or refund, probably won't hear anything until next century!!

Same as everyone else 16th April I bought these kept getting emails saying its in transit everytime I emailed them that was there response after about 10 emails im unable to get hold of them now. I'm about to ring my debit card provider

terrible terrible company (which i don't think exist) ordered over 4 months ago took money never received goods. Of course since then I have discovered they are from good old China
Gave them one because I cant give them zero

I've been waiting for a pair of sketchers since the 1st of may, I keep asking for my money back by email, the last email i got was 3 weeks ago saying they were on the transit and they couldn't stop the order, I wrote a email 2 weeks ago saying I've bought some shoes for work and I want my money back and they've stopped answering my emails now. I'm disgusted how I've been treated and I'm going to look into legal advice now for the money back. It may not be a lot of money but ive had to pay double for the new shoes while waiting for them to send my refund back.

They are scam. Still waiting for Skechers footwear over 9 weeks. All they say still in transit 🤷‍♀️ 😡 Should zero star. Gonna try contact bank to get money back 🤞

Same as others. Total scam.

Falsely advertised skechers on their website. Exact same photos on Amazon selling unbranded trainers. No record of model they advertised on skechers website. Company's returns policy states if item doesn't arrive after 30 days, they will offer to send a replacement. If you would like a refund instead, you have to wait 60 days. Well it's way past 60 days, still no item and they won't refund my money. They keep saying I need to wait for the item to arrive eventhough we both know they never sent it. They're scammers. I've contacted trading standards but not holding my breath on getting my money back. These rip off merchants need to be shut down!

I ordered some shoes in April, the money was taken immediately! On the confirmation order it said if I hadn't received the goods in three weeks to email them (that should have been my first clue!) I was told by them in response to be patient so I waited another month but still nothing, so I contacted them again I never even got a response this time

I ordered my shoes 21 April,,, 3 weeks later recieved dispatched details along with tracking number,, clicked on to track no. and was told this company was unavailable,,,, scammers,,

Terrible company, goods never arrived, tracking did not update and they refuse to refund.
Customer service is very slow and not helpful.
Do not use this company

I ordered my trainers in April they took the money straight away. After emailing them 20 times asking for an up date all I kept getting back was your goods are in transit and will be with you very soon.
I asked them for a tracking number and the same email kept coming back that they were in transit.
Finally on Saturday they arrived 11th of July
To discover they are not Skechers
How can people work like this

Ordered the Skechers Active Womens Walking Shoe in March. Nothing for ages. I emailed twice and they did get back to me saying the shoes were in transit. The tracking site seemed to confirm this. Finally today, 3 1/2 months later, the shoes were delivered!!! Imagine my disappointment but not surprise, to see that they are not real Skechers! Website not up and running...it's like they knew it would be pointless to return the product and ask for a refund. (shoes are comfy though). I've waited too long to be angy any more. Karma will catch up with this 'company'. A valuable lesson learned about online shopping though

This company doesn't even deserve the 1 star I ordered sketches on the 8th may money was taken right away but still no shoes wish I read the reviews before hand learned a lesson will be contacting my bank today to get money back

I order trainers in April still not received have ask for refund told same message in transit can not get one very poor do not belive this site is real

3 months no trainers and now no web site total scam.

Today the trainers turned up but not skechers that I ordered , they look the same but without the branding so are a copy
