I ordered my trainers 2 pairs in May and I've not received mine either. 2 days ago I emailed yet again and no reply

NO STARS. DO NOT USE. ORDERED MY SHOES 9 APRIL 2020 STILL NOT ARRIVED. Emails saying they are on the way. ASKED FOR REFUND NO REPLY. cannot get on to the stores website. SCAM

Do not buy from them ordered my shoes on 26th April still no sign (according to the tracker they’ve been to 5 different countries spending a week in each (lucky things) I had one email and now nothing

I implore you do not, I repeat, do not order anything from this company and please tell all your friends and families. An absolute con. fourteen weeks now waiting for a pair of sketchers. Seven emails which just result in a very poorly worded response. Con, Con, Con.
You have been warned.

I ordered a pair of trainers on the 17th April for £29.95 and still haven’t received them. I put it down to
COVID-19 but obviously that’s not the case.
Will learn a very important lesson from this, only use trusted sites to order from !!?

Please, please, please, do not order from this company.

scam I spent 59.90 on two pairs of shoes which never arrived. payed the 8th of april still waiting after over 27 emails and no refund I asked bank to recall cash

Anyone who has been scammed from Ivyleo I requested a chargeback to my bank and received my money back this morning , the person on the phone said I wasn't the first person that week to report them

I too have been scammed by this company, thought I knew better but they got me. Ordered Skechers in April and despite numerous emails saying they are en route and denying my request for a refund, nothing received. AVOID like the plague!!

One star ha? They don't even deserve one star. I ordered a pair of shoes few months ago took a long time for them to be shipped which i haven't even Received them and the site has been unavailable! Dirty Scammers!!!

I ordered shoes in April still no delivery they had no intention of sending the shoes now the store has disappeared this is disgraceful considering we have just had a pandemic

I shouldn’t even give any star at All as I’ve ordered since the 15th April 2020 up till date haven’t received my order nor heard but on the 16th May got a text saying my order has been shipped but till date havent received anything
Please can anyone help me as I have been contacting them even threatened but nothing

Absolute scammers. I ordered on their website but used PayPal and raised a dispute when I received a smaller size pair of fake Skechers.

PayPal were useless for weeks until I threatened to make a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service when I magically got a refund.

This isn’t worth one star but you cannot write a review any other way. I purchased a pair of sketchers on the 28th April, they took the money from my account within 3 days. After chasing them after a month about a dozen times they sent me an email Saying that they are preparing the shipment. So after 3 months I finally received the goods.

I would give zero stars if I could. Like rest of the reviewers, I ordered from the Facebook page on 27/4/20 and still not received them. I emailed them and got a snotty reply, They emailed tracking information which says it’s in transit. I tried their website and it’s disappeared. Draw your own conclusions. I’ve given up.

Zero stars is best review. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. IVE NEVER RECEIVED MY “SKETCHERS” EMAILED NUMEROUS TIMES. PAID FOR THEM END OF APRIL 😡

One star is too much. Like everyone else I orderred the Skechers in April also paying for the insurance in case of loss. The money was taken from my account in a different name which turned out to be a Chinese gambling site. Then I got an email with a tracking number....my shipment wss in Kazakhstan. Now the page has been taken down. Ive been scammed. No way of getting in touch with the company ....
has anyone got their money back from their credit card company?

Same here , I ordered 10th April and realised right away that they were not sketchers . tried to stop it and Got they are in transit ...you click on their website now and its unable to connect ..Total scammers ! Got them yesterday AND They are cheap and nasty Not sketchers as advertised and even the wrong size . No paperwork either and I emailed to get the same automated message ! Raging at my stupidity ! Reported as Fraud via my credit card company and they are investigating . Never buying again on Instagram advert !!!!!!!
