Quick turnaround and great communication. I'd say on low end for payout, but what can you expect? Would definitely use again if needed!

Legitimate company
I sent two pieces of jewelry in to test them and was surprised and grateful to get a generous offer. If you want a very easy, trustworthy company to declutter some jewelry, this is definitely your best bet. I got much more than I would have in a pawn shop or any other venue.
Was skeptical
I was a bit skeptical sending my ring out without knowing for certain if I was gonna get a fair and accurate "worth". I did and was pleased with how fast it was processed. Will be using this service again.

BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE!
Save your time and money! Took them a week to get back to me.
They offered 1/5 of what one of the diamonds in the ring.
I told them to send my ring back at once, and asked them to advise tracking number.
They did not respond for 4 days and then offered me another $1000 and I said no and to send the ring back at once.
They finally shipped the ring back 6 days later and then the advised tracking number.
They sent the ring back USPS on top of everything else they claimed to be.
I went and had the ring appraised again after I received it back just to make sure
all the original diamonds were when I shipped to them.
Worthy offered me twice what they offered by providing all details and IGL number over the phone.

ABOMINABLE!
The 24 hour turnaround policy is just a fib. They took over 2 weeks to offer me $64 for an $8000.00 David Yurman diamond ring, purchased one year before and for which I had the receipt and packaging. Shockingly bad customer service because they were "overwhelmed". Laughable company.
*In response to the company's response...in which they flat out said “my ring was a FAKE”.. but have since edited that bit out, and have reported my review for violating guidelines—I'd advise you to get better "appraisers". I bought the ring myself at David Yurman in Manhattan. AT THE STORE! If you're suggesting that the Manhattan boutique sells fakes, that is even more preposterous than my experience with your company. The violation lies within your company as EVERY REVIEW on this site related EXACTLY the same experience! Good Luck.

Don’t waste your time
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They claim to have a 24 hour turn around after receiving your jewelry to giving you an offer... took an entire week to revive an offer. They offered me $14 for a diamond bracelet and engagement ring, valued together at $2000. After, declining the offer I have not heard back from the company and am currently trying to track down my jewelry. DO NOT waste your time with this company. All around terrible experience.
