Complete and total SCAM!! My diamonds were bought as investment pieces. Also had them appraised before I sent them in at $5500. They offered $100 - I'm in a rush to have my items re-appraised when they return. I can't imagine my original diamonds will be in place. DO NOT SEND YOUR VALUABLE JEWELRY TO THIS PLACE!!
UPDATE 1/28/19: My diamonds were returned untouched and in place. I still maintain this is a horrible place to sell your precious jewelry. I can understand an offer of ½ the appraisal value but to offer $100 for a total of $5500 worth of authentic earth diamonds....insulting.

Thank you for your update. We really did everything we could to make you happy. When a customer requests their jewelry back we waste no time returning it.
As far as an investment goes, please don't take this the wrong way, but your pieces were bought at an extremely large markup at a retail store. You were ripped off and we feel sick about it. But we did all we can for you. Unfortunately, in a business like ours, we take the brunt of criticism, not the store who originally sold the jewelry.

You will not get what it's worth
It took them forever (over a week) to get a quote to me (and if you call the number on their website to speak to a "live" person...no way!) I sent in several pieces, all appraised for over 27k (yes!) and they kept me waiting to give me a quote of $1200 (I knew that I would not get the appraised amount because everyone has to make money but... This is insane!) Because I had my jewelry appraised before I sent it off you can believe that I am going to bring them back to ensure that I received the same stones back!

This Company is a SCAM. I sent off a Vera Wang Engagement ring originally worth 2,400. It took them FIVE DAYS to give me an offer of $76!!! I recieved better offers at the jewelers I took it to. I had the ring appraised before I shipped it off. I surely hope they haven’t replaced any diamonds because that’s the only way they could justify a $76 dollar offer for this ring. The gold alone is worth more than that !!!!!

Could not be easier. Shipping supplies provided, shipping costs covered. Based on previous selling experiences, we were offered a very high price for our engagement ring. One click and they wired the money.
