A call on a Saturday, taken by Sam Brown (the sales manager), who couldn’t have been more helpful.
I recently purchased 4x Jackloc products realizing too late after installation (my fault), that they didn’t serve the purpose I had intended.
After hearing my story, Sam kindly offered me expert advise on how best to resolve my situation without affecting the aesthetics of my windows, whilst still achieving my desired requirements (in my case security).
I valued his time, advice and expertise. Excellent customer service. So rare and so appreciated!

JACKLOC customer service is excellent
Very pleased with experience purchasing from JACKLOC. The instructional YouTube video is really good, beneficial to see best way to install. I phoned customer services before I purchased and spoke to a knowledgeable, helpful member of staff who answered my questions fully. Updated when order was despatched and being delivered by courier. Eco-friendly packaging.

Jackloc window restrictors
I ordered the Jackloc window restrictors, order arrived very quickly but with 1 item missing.
After a quick phone call a replacement was sent out and arrived the next morning.
The staff were very professional and friendly.
The window restrictors were excellent quality.

Only one key!!
Excellent quality. Nice and heavy which is a good sign for this type of device.
Delivery good. Would normally give a 5.
But for me - one big problem….
ONE KEY - why!?!?! Having to go out and get a spare key cut is time consuming and adds a good % to the cost of the product.
Will be returning sadly.

Ultimately, you get what you pay for. Additionally, I am pleased to say that they are British made, and come with very clear instructions and tamper proof screws.
