I randomly thought I'd play a casino cause I just game like it one night. So I can't to jackpota after searching the web. On my second spin a wheel popped up and I spun and win $1300. I thought it was fake. I was like oh it must be the gold coins. So I put in for redemption, this was a Fri night right before July 4th. By Monday morning I had the money in my account I couldn't believe it. Two days later I called out again for over a hundred. Their games are great, everything runs smoothly. They offer great bonuses when you first sign up. I wish they offered bonuses after that cause I hate paying dollar for dollar when I get go to another place and get a great welcome bonus. They're all pretty much that way tho. I highly recommend this app tho. Go, play and win.

If I could give this platform zero stars I would. Careful with your redemptions folks. Jackpota put my redemption in someone else's account. Did they ever pull it back and do the right thing? Nope they did nothing. Strung me along for a whole month to tell me there is nothing they can do. This app is bullshit and do not waste your time. They are crooks. They do not care one bit about their customers. Please do not use this app.

I usually have a very average experience with Jackpota. Nothing to write home about, but also not the worst platform to game on. But unfortunately I was reached out to via email and informed that I would be contacted with a special “freebie offer”. That would have been great, if that were the case. I don’t appreciate being lied to and being disappointed unnecessarily. You would think when their competition like McLuck is just gifting freebies and notifying you after the fact that Jackpota would be more mindful than to go out of their way to piss off paying customers. Disappointed, but will save me money in the long run. That, I appreciate.
