Good articles, but not sufficiently targetted
I like the articles, but filters are inadequate to focus on my specific interests. JFC sometimes seems to be peddling things that are not that great.
I want more targetted info/recommendations aiming at my specific interest.

Great experience, I really like the service. I accidentally missed cancelling my free trial until a couple of days after the deadline and the team was very helper and quick to get my issue resolved. I highly recommend JFC

Charged after account was cancelled - but then resolved
Charged even though my account was cancelled in March 2023. Checked my bank account and have been charged a subscription fee in March 2026 and March 2025 (and presumably 2024 - I've not checked back that far yet) even though I have email confirmation saying account was cancelled.
UPDATE - 27/3/26. JFC came back to me and advised there had been an issue with cancelling my subscription and have refunded me the fee's for the last 4 year's subscriptions.

Sneaky subscription charge
Subscription has been charged with no contact no warning and auto renewals should be told / mentioned on emails alerts leading up to the auto renewal but I have never ever used your app or service and your reviews here on the subscription tell a clear story that you are quite sneaky and quietly charging people. I want to contest this charge for a subscription that I have never used.

We do see that you have been in touch with our Member Experience team and can confirm the delay in resolving the issue came about as you created your membership with a different email address to the one that you were writing from. We were awaiting your reply with the confirmation of the correct email address. Once the correct email was confirmed, we were able to locate your account and noted that you initiated the membership with a trial.
Please note that we are very clear on the date when the trial would renew, as well as the amount that would be charged. It's very important to us that we are transparent with all the details of your membership beforehand, so you may have all the information. We pride ourselves on being very upfront with the details and are never sneaky nor secretly charge any of our members.
As you are within our 14 day refund timeframe, the renewal has been cancelled and refunded, as requested.

I signed up for JFC last year but…
I signed up for JFC last year but didn’t really use it. So when the renewal charge showed up on my credit card, I decided to cancel. I got prompt response with instructions on how to cancel. I was able to get refund without issues. They are very professional.

I haven’t used it to book a flight yet, but Jack’s Flight Club is a great website with lots of heavily discounted flight deals. They do an excellent job of finding and sharing amazing offers. It’s definitely a useful platform for anyone looking to save money on travel!
