I ordered 1400€ of RAM the 11th of April. They send me only half of the RAM I payed (labelling error). They cancelled the all deal instead of sending the missing half. So I had to send the RAM back but we are the 23th of May and still no refund!! They wasted my time and I still wait for the refund!

As a professional buyer with 20+ years of experience and two orders totaling over €65,000 at JACOB Elektronik, I have had an experience I have never encountered at any supplier — large or small.
❌ Price changes AFTER payment: After placing and paying for my orders, I was suddenly told that several prices were no longer valid. Pay extra or cancel — while my money was already in their account.
❌ Chaotic communication during return: When I wanted to do a partial return (within the return period), I was kept waiting so long with unclear and fragmented communication that the window eventually closed. It felt deliberately designed to waste time.
❌ Dead on arrival device — 3 weeks without a solution: A QNAP server arrived defective. After weeks of emails, phone calls and promises: still no RMA instructions. Multiple contact persons, contradictory communication — and after more than 2 weeks it turned out that one of the 'employees' I had been communicating with was an AI agent. This was never disclosed upfront.
❌ Still waiting for someone to 'review the photos' — after 3 weeks.
In the end I am shipping the defective device to Germany at my own expense, because I simply have no other option.
For a serious B2B relationship at this volume: completely unacceptable. Never again.

❌ Preisänderungen NACH der Zahlung: Nachdem ich meine Bestellungen aufgegeben und bezahlt hatte, wurde mir plötzlich mitgeteilt, dass mehrere Preise nicht mehr gültig seien. Nachzahlen oder stornieren — obwohl mein Geld bereits auf ihrem Konto war.
❌ Chaotische Kommunikation bei der Rücksendung: Als ich eine Teilretoure durchführen wollte (innerhalb der Rückgabefrist), wurde ich durch unklare und fragmentierte Kommunikation so lange hingehalten, dass die Frist schließlich ablief. Es wirkte wie absichtliches Hinauszögern.
❌ Bei Ankunft defektes Gerät — 3 Wochen ohne Lösung: Ein QNAP-Server kam defekt an. Nach wochenlangen E-Mails, Anrufen und Versprechen: noch immer keine RMA-Anweisungen. Mehrere Ansprechpartner, widersprüchliche Kommunikation — und nach mehr als 2 Wochen stellte sich heraus, dass einer der 'Mitarbeiter', mit denen ich kommuniziert hatte, ein KI-Agent war. Dies wurde zu keinem Zeitpunkt im Voraus mitgeteilt.
❌ Noch immer warte ich darauf, dass jemand 'die Fotos prüft' — nach 3 Wochen.
Letztendlich schicke ich das defekte Gerät auf eigene Kosten nach Deutschland, weil ich schlicht keine andere Wahl mehr sehe.
Für eine ernsthafte B2B-Geschäftsbeziehung in diesem Umfang: völlig inakzeptabel. Nie wieder.
Update: Still no resolution.
The defective QNAP server has been shipped back at my own expense and arrived at your warehouse last Friday.
Regarding the price change: this is documented in writing — both by email and on paper. No display error.
Both sales representatives have stopped responding to emails. All details, all communication, all order information is already in your inbox. There is nothing more for me to provide.
I am not looking for excuses. I am looking for:
✅ Confirmation of receipt of the returned device
✅ A clear timeline for refund or replacement
✅ One accountable point of contact
After €65,000 in orders and weeks of silence, I expect a concrete response. If not, I will escalate through formal legal channels.

The ordering process was smooth, and the item arrived quickly. They had the lowest price at the time of purchase and seem to have competitive prices in general.
Unfortunately, the packaging was borderline unacceptable for a 500€ tablet.
They used an oversized box with insufficient padding material, causing the item to bang around inside the box during shipping. Luckily, the tablet seems to be undamaged, but the manufacturer's packaging arrived in poor condition (deformed corners).
Had this been a product with a mechanical hard drive, or anything even remotely fragile, I would have returned it.
update (28.4.2026):
The company hasn't replied to my email about the promised discount which is a little disappointing.

Stay away from this shop terrible customer experience, tried to order a phone from them,after several emails about errors during checkout ,they told me they will send me an email with a paypal link to pay, instead i was getting emails reminding me to pay, nobody even bother to read my replied emails that am waiting for a paypal link to pay because they couldnt fix their online issue, after more than 2 weeks they decided to cancel my order..worst online shop, stay away

How i was i supposed to pay ,when i tried more than 10 times and your website was giving an error? Why dont mention ALL the emails i have sent informing you about it,and the emails you sent me that i will receive an email with paypal link to make payment manually? And then after i send emails that the error is there and havent received any email from u with paypal you kept sending me emails to pay to your website, ingnoring my reply that there was an error in your website for making payment?? I got an email that the order is cancelled.But, It was shipped by mistake from the delivery team and I did not accept the shipment from DHL.
After writing series of emails, They said that they cannot issue refunds until the product reached them back.
Anyone planning to purchase with them should be careful. Holding the payment without a valid contract is illegal under the German law and can attract legal.
One advice is to purchase through Paypal or Klarna so that refunds become easier, Surely, Not a trustable company. No coordination between teams.

I am cancelling order JE12750000. You charged €8,584.30 to my card before shipping the order, which is illegal. After charging me €8,584.30 you also asked me to send my ID before you would accept to send my order (which you already charged me for). If you do not refund my money immediately, I will initiate a chargeback with my card issuer for fraud.

This company is completely fraudulent at worst, or utterly incompetent at best, probably something in-between. I urge you to read the many 1 star reviews, because they are actually authentic and are based on actual experience, while the suspect 5 star ratings match the typical pattern of fake reviews to prevent drifting into 1 star score levels. Notice how their page advertises speedy deliveries, but reviews consistently reveal evidence that they are blatantly lying about inventory and then always make up wild stories to cover it up. Save yourself the pain and order from an actually reputable vendor.

I returned the item I ordered with the seller’s authorization after discovering it was damaged. However, the seller refused to accept the return without any valid reason, and the package was sent back to me. I have still not received a refund. Moreover, my inquiries have been passed around from one department to another without any resolution, and there seems to be no willingness to address the issue. I am extremely disappointed.
Ordered a few Wi-FI APs through digitec.ch, whose supplier was this kiosk. Price was ca 20% lower than market. In a few days order has been canceled due to "product out of stock", however, it is in stock, but with price adjusted price.
B2B customer here, buying Apple computer for shipping within EU. Payed the order, even proved my identity with my personal ID. A week later email comes stating my paypal and shipping addresses do not match. But they do, sent proof. Talked to support - they cannot do anything, because "there's NO PERSON IN CHARGE". IMPORTANT - upon cancelling they did not even try to find ways to ship or to initiate Paypal return. ONLY AFTER I CLAIMED via PAYPAL the case was won in my favour. DISGUSTING!

The seller cancelled the order but despite paying with PayPal they did not refund money immediately. Maybe it is very hard to press button "Refund" but I am happy I can solve it via PayPal case. I guess 3 star rating does not motivate the team to work better but at least I hope to get my money back and will add the site to my blacklist.
A fairly standard online store, but with exceptional customer service. (at least in Germany)

Bad experience trying to buy from this online shop. Even if they say they sell and send ware to other countries my experience with them has been awful. They refused my VAT registered number and did not respond to other mails.
I do not know if they behave this way with german customers but if you want to buy from another EU country unfortunately I cannot recommend them

Ich habe ein Produkt von JACOB bestellt, der Zusteller hat es nachweislich an eine falsche Adresse geliefert. Das Zustellunternehmen hat bereits nach 1 Woche den Fehler zugegeben und den Fall als Rückerstattung an JACOB weiter geleitet. Ich habe mich etliche Male bei JACOB telefonisch gemeldet, um den gezahlten Betrag zurück zu erhalten. Es sind knapp zwei Monate vergangen, mein Fall wurde nicht bearbeitet.
Erst als ich über Paypal ein Kauferschutz-Verfahren eröffnet habe, meldete sich jemand zurück. Angeblich dauert es nun noch einmal 5-7 Werktage, bis ich den gezahlten Betrag zurück bekomme.
Ich rate stark ab, bei diesem Unternehmen einzukaufen. Meiner Meinung nach macht dieses Unternehmen einen unprofessionellen, miserablen Eindruck.

I ordered something from JACOB and the delivery person delivered it to the wrong address. The delivery company admitted the mistake after 1 week and forwarded the case to JACOB for a refund. I contacted JACOB several times by telephone to get the amount paid back. Almost two months have passed and my case has not been processed.
Only when I opened a buyer protection procedure via Paypal did someone get back to me. Allegedly it will now take another 5-7 working days before I get the amount paid back.
I strongly advise against buying from this company. In my opinion, this company makes an unprofessional, miserable impression.
