honestly using this website feels like stepping into a time machine back to the early days of the internet. the layout is incredibly blocky and the menus are buried under these weird drop down lists. as a guy who works in it, i can usually figure things out, but it shouldn't take three clicks just to find the basic search function. it works alright underneath it all, but they really need to hire a modern designer.
