Once again Jasmine Holidays have been able to create a wonderful bespoke trip for us to St Helena plus a few days safari. Ian took the time to carefully understand our wishes and then present back some varied options. In discussions these were refined to deliver a good value and quality itinerary to (just about) our budget. We now can't wait to actually go!

Have been booking our holidays with Luke for about the last 6/7 years. He is so friendly, knowable and always offers a good price. We wouldn’t book our long haul holidays with any other company.

I was enquiring about a tailor made holiday and Amy did everything she could to assist and protect me along the way. Links to legitimate visa sites included in her information stopped my over paying for items I didn't need to. Amy went above and beyond to build a package for me and even with my extra requests for additional items she didn't hesitate to follow it up to make the holiday package more special. After all the additions from excursions to hotel items the price came back very competitive and I would definitely use Jasmine Holidays again

We very much enjoyed our trip to Malaysia organised by Jasmine Travel, which included self drive car rental. The arrangements, the hotels and the itinerary were all excellent, not least the upgrade to the Eastern and Oriental Hotel in Georgetown at a very reasonable cost. We did have an issue with the car rental company who charged us for an allegedly cracked windscreen but Josh at Jasmine took it up on our behalf and was able to obtain a full refund. This was excellent service and we were very grateful for his support. We highly recommend Jasmine Travel.

Japan has always been our dream family trip and Jasmine Holidays made this a 5-star experience for us. They helped us built an amazing 15-day itinerary, and everything in it was planned meticulously by Jasmine's amazing team of professionals.

Very well organised holiday with good hotels and itinerary. We possibly tried to do a bit much at our age (nearly 80) but thoroughly enjoyed the whole trip.

Recently returned from a one month holiday touring Tamil Nadu and Kerala organised by Luke from Jasmine Travel.
The holiday was excellent, Luke worked with us to get the itinerary we wanted, all the logistics in India went smoothly ( the company they work with in country - Pioneer - were excellent), all the hotels were perfect. All in all an amazing holiday and we'd recommend the company ( and are about to ask them to quote for another holiday which will be our third with them)

Both Tom and Philippa have been fantastic in dealing with my many questions. Nothing was too much trouble. All queries were answered rapidly. I am well over 70 and a solo traveller so the service given has given me the opportunity to explore more of the world with the knowledge that everything has been well planned.
Recommendations have been first class.

We have done numerous holidays with Jasmine and Tom has always looked after us superbly...Just returned from a fabulous cruise on the Mekong Laos and beach retreat Ko Lanta - Tom navigated us through the concerns and flight changes with the Middle East issues and our journey back was so much better than many others. Am planning another holiday with Jasmine next year 2027

Great trip on the Pandaw Hooghly river arranged for us by Luke at Jasmine Holidays. 5 star holiday from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

We approached Jasmine to arrange a tailor made trip to New Zealand earlier this year, visiting several other countries and destinations (including the UAE, Vietnam, Australia, Singapore, Thailand and Oman) along the way. Tom, our agent, really understood our requirements and built a wonderful trip for us, including the most amazing local guides and tours to make the most of each destination. We took 11 flights, visiting or transiting through 8 countries, including an unexpected reroute on the way home due to the troubles in the Middle East. The whole trip was absolutely amazing and Tom’s choice of hotels and accommodation was perfect throughout. Tom was also there when we needed him most - he was in constant touch with us when the issues in the Middle East arose - he was calm and reassuring, giving us regular updates and advice throughout and making alternative arrangements for us to get home via a different route. Thanks to Tom we arrived home safely and just 1 day later than planned. We feel very lucky to have booked with Jasmine and are incredibly grateful to Tom for arranging such a wonderful trip and for being there when we needed him most. We would highly recommend both Tom and Jasmine Holidays and will definitely book with them again.

Our trip was fantastic. We did everything from snorkeling with the sea lions and green turtles to climbing a volcano to 5033 mtrs, well the last 233 mtrs.
Our guides were great as was the food and accomodation.

Our 3 week trip to India was the sixth big holiday we've booked through Jasmine and it went superbly well.Ian was our agent this time,recommended for his knowledge of India.Everything went to plan.We had brilliant support out in India from Pioneer Services who provided the guides, drivers and porters who were all excellent. Punctual,polite,courteous and attentive.They contacted us every day by whatsapp to check all was good with our hotel,food etc.We love Jasmine for their personal approach.They just make the whole travel process simple and they tailor our trips to match our needs.This India trip was no exception. We look forward to booking more exciting holidays with them in the future.

The holiday to South Africa for a Safari followed by a relaxing week in Mauritius was exactly what we asked for. Ian at Jasmine was extremely helpful in putting everything together for a seamless experience. I would highly recommend Jasmine Holidays and will definitely be using toheim for future holidays.

Great holiday in Sri Lanka, travelled around the Island with a local driver/guide organised through Jasmine. Trip was varied and fascinating, mix of culture and wildlife, lovely variety of hotels. All transfers went smoothly, thanks to Luke for such a well organised trip.

From the first telephone call to Ian planning our itinerary in Thailand could not have been better including making our own variations. We have travelled with Jasmine regularly in the last few years and the organisation on the ground could not be better. One reason we choose Jasmine is because their costing is so competitive Thank you for a great trip.

I gave Jasmine holidays a very positive review in 2024. I’ve since booked two more holidays with Josh at Jasmine and again, it’s all positive. What I love about this company is the speedy personalised service. We have just returned from three weeks in Thailand. Josh found us excellent hotels and flights within our budget and all the drivers arrived on time in good comfortable cars. When there was a mix up over our train bookings Josh was instantly on it and resolved the situation to our advantage. I expect there to sometimes be problems with long haul holidays. It’s important to me to know that someone is always available at Jasmine to sort things out. Very appreciative and in the process of booking another trip to Thailand in 2027.
