Amazing vacuum + mop
I think this was the hardest thing to put together 😂 but support was amazing and sent me instructional videos to work it out. Whilst their manual needs heaps more detailed instructions, the vacuum itself is just amazing. Finally found something that can vacuum hair off the carpet, as well as easily glide around the floors and can easily swap to a mop.
I finally splurged on a good vacuum and after doing lots of research, this one topped all the rest. Thanks 💕

Poor customer service from JBL
I contacted JBL with a simple question about my earphones. I wasn’t asking for a refund or replacement, yet they refused to help because I no longer had the original box. Requiring packaging just to answer a basic question is unreasonable. Very disappointing support from a well-known brand and has put me off purchasing JBL products again.
Besides their terrible customer support, the earpods kept falling out anyway.
