Very aggressive driver

Second delivery from these thugs aggressive drivers rude and forged my signature on delivery had to call police panic attack From drivers Morgan and Quinn delivery drivers says it all shame on you

Dishonest company

Dishonest company. Fails to honor contracts. No payments for subcontracts. Avoid as much as possible. Case filed in court.

Criminal, Hazardous, Dangerous, and Unable to meet their own promises

There are no words to describe the low level of service given.

Ordered a carpet to be delivered and I won't be ordering from them again after the courier service I experienced. The delivery driver pulled up, I had to help him - bearing in mind I paid for a service where the carpet would be delivered into my flat. I didn't expect to be doing to moving myself (especially after having to organise unpaid time off work to wait for the delivery). The bloke (speaking with broken English) was there by himself (which in itself isn't right for delivering a carpet weighting 60kg) gave little attempt to try getting the carpet into my flat, instead dumping it in the communal hallway. The carpet ended up blocking my neighbour's door and the fire exit (also front door) so the door wouldn't close and if it was tucked behind the door, the door wouldn't open. When I mentioned this, the bloke gave no consideration and had no care in the world (literally showing how put out he felt). I was forced into signing for delivery which I didn't want to do as my flat is not a communal hall, it's a flat! A private dwelling! Chased the delivery company and carpet company but neither gave a care in the world that there was a fire hazard (illegal to knowingly block a fire escape) so I had to move the 60kg carpet by myself in the flat. After seriously injuring myself to where my boss was concerned, I had family leave word and take unpaid time off to get me to a place I could relax my back as I couldn't walk after (and still recovering).

To think the delivery company's website says "We strive to always exceed customers’ expectations, and we will go that extra mile to do so, without cutting any corners." well that's clearly a lie. I only had one expectation - getting my delivery into my flat as requested when I placed the order.

I'd try to raise a complaint but the complaints procedure isn't outlined anywhere on their website so I guess I now need to take more unpaid time off work to contact them to raise a complaint.

Forced into giving 1 star but that's still 2 stars too many!

Excellent service

Excellent service. Had three emails with time of delivery which was met precisely. Helpful, friendly driver. I would certainly recommend JD delivery.

Fantastic delivery

Fantastic delivery . Exactly on time , the driver / delivery man was so helpful . His name was Kieran , what a lovely person . Weather was awful , we live out in the middle of nowhere . Thank you 😁

Avoid !!!! Would give zero star if I could

Avoid !!!!
Would give less than zero if I could!!!!

Was told I would be contacted the night before with delivery details. No but I did receive an email the morning of delivery.
I Could follow the driver online so knew roughly when my 5 carpets would arrive.
Then it all went wrong!
The driver point blankly refused to bring my carpets into my house and wanted to drop them on the kerbside. At no point prior to the van arriving was I told this would be the case.

So I’m standing in my new house on my own with a man who wasn’t a native English speaker, pointy blankly refusing to bring my carpets inside. Only could tell me it’s not his job!
I got onto the carpet company and finally agreed that the carpets would be put into my hall. But my front door wouldn’t shut when I pulled one carpet inside. So I now have one carpet in my hall and another half way in my front door. I told him to stop as I couldn’t shut my door and I called the carpet company again. The delivery driver then starts pointing at his watch and telling me this is not his job!!
The carpet company asked me if I have a garage, which gratefully I have! Otherwise I have no idea what would’ve been the outcome……
The remaining 3 carpets were put into the garage and I asked the driver to put the others there as well. The one that was hanging outside my door he did, but flat out refused to take the other one. Instead he lifted his trolley put it in the back of the van and drove off.
I’m disgusted that a man (can’t call him a gentleman) would expect a female on her own to take 5 heavy carpets into her house by herself.
