My T shirt arrived with a security tag…
My T shirt arrived with a security tag still attached. I had two options drive 40 minutes to local JD store or post back. I emailed customer service, printed email and sent the t shirt back and expected to get speedy turn around. All I wanted was the t shirt I ordered without a security tag. I contacted Customer Service, was informed t shirt was on the way back to me. Nothing for 3 days then I receive a refund into my account and the t shirt never arrived. Extremely disappointed with the JD online experience.

Always great service from jd sports Ireland and in store only reason I didn't give 5 star is because you can't order click and collect on the app only delivery but if I go on the website I can do this hopefully jd can explain why this isn't possible on the app
